Reviewing "The Scythe" Evaluation Form
Today you should write a review of
Bradbury's "The Scythe." A review
consists of your opinions about the
story using specific details to support
your opinions. Your audience consists
of high school students who want to
discover whether this story is worth
reading.

following criteria:

patterns, write entirely in active
voice, choose great verbs, and include
at least one simile or metaphor.

standard writing conventions: punctuate
and spell correctly, follow grammar and
usage rules, indent new paragraphs, use
ink, and write neatly.
Each of the above five points is
worth 20 points. If you fulfill the
requirement, you receive the full 20
points. If you have one mistake in any
area, you receive 10 points. More than
one mistake in any area means you
receive no points.
