Robin,like batman, was created by the death of his parents...and family. After finding out that he was living with Batman, he was very persistent in trying to join the Dark night in his battles of evil(he realized that this would be the best chance to get back at two face, who slaughtered his family). Robin was finally able to covince batman, and they then became the Dinamic Duo. Status- Alive. GC rating on Chris O'Donnells robin(out of 10)- 8.5
