Cool Stuff!

I knew you'd come here! Isn't the title catchy?

1. My dad was listening to the radio and they were interviewing the guy that gave Hanson voice lessons. There was a caller that said he couldn't sing worth crap, and this guy taught him how to sing over the phone! My dad said by the end of the conversation, the guy could sing pretty well, too. No wonder Hanson is so good!

2. Guess what song I heard at Walmart? "Poison Ivy!" It was really cool because it was some old guy singing and I was singing along and everyone there was looking at me weird. Now I know where they got the song from!

3. One more about "Poison Ivy." I was at my friend Breanna's house last summer and we were watching some Batman & Robin movie that was on TV. One of the "bad guys" was a girl named Poison Ivy, so when they showed her for the first time, they played the music to "Poison Ivy" in the background! It was so cool.

4. One day I turned on MTV Live, and there was this hypnotizer on it. He hypnotized this guy to like Hanson! They asked him what his favorite group was, and he said, "Hanson, I didn't like 'em before but I like 'em now!" and stuff like that. It was cool. Did you see it?

5. One day a long time ago I was watching Jeopardy (my dad likes that show) They had this category called "Brother Singers" or something. Immediately I thought of Hanson! Well, the Daily Double was in that category. It was a video Daily Double. I said "Hanson" before I even read or saw it. And sure enough! They said something about Ike and his brothers and then they showed a clip of the "MMMBop" video. Luckily, the lady got it right. It was cool, though.

6. How many people know that you can hear someone saying complicated during "Madeline?" You can hear it during the times 2:47 and 2:57.

7. Hanson signed with Mercury Records to make 6 albums! I'll buy every one of them!

8. A critic wrote a review about "3 Car Garage" in our newspaper on Sunday, May 24, 1998. Click here to read it. But remember, this is a critic. And brace yourself, especially if you're very protective of Hanson.

9. Hanson is in my yearbook! It rocks. But...the senior poll said that Hanson is the worst musician and "MMMBop" is the worst song. Shows what seniors know! You all should come to my high school in 2001 and vote Hanson as best musician!
