F1 Powerboat 2004
The media was invited to take a ride on the F1 powerboat at Punggol Marina. The powerboat races at almost 200km/h. When the driver makes a sharp turn, I found it impossible to prevent my head from banging against the side of the vessel. That's because the g-force that we experienced during the turning was about 3. A typical person can handle about 5g. No wonder helmets are compulsory.
