Modeling what we believe

1.Theological The Bible is the authority base of all decisions.

2ConstitutionalThe leadership will always take action that is in concert with the constitution.

3.Organization Our Statement of Purpose "helping people become all God wants them to be, " shall screen all decisions."

4.Ethical / Moral All leaders model "Christlikeness," that means living "above reproach" and "blameless" in all manner regarding daily living and decision making at home, work or at church.

5 Methodological As long as 1 - 4 and church written policies are honored, we shall be " all things to all men for the sake of the gospel."We shall be flexable where the Bible is silent and obedient where the Bible speaks to an issue. 

We are the visible representatives of the invisable GOD

6.Measurable The success of New Joy will be measured by the spiritual growth of the people, and the fulfillment of the "Great Comission" (Matthew 28:18-20). leadership will be actively involved in disipling Christians, building relationships and sharing their faith with the unsaved.

7. Relational The expressiuon of mutual love for one another, and for Christ will be the guiding factor for every action and decision. "By this will all men know that you are my disiples if you have love for one another.

8. Financial Leaders give generously, (A tithe being a minimum guideline) to New Joy Community Church.

9. Visable Regular attendance at Worship Services. Committed to Ministry involvement at New Joy Community Church.

10.DevotionalAs matter of life style, being involved in regular, personal Bible reading, study, and concentrated prayer.
