""Welcome to 'The Trumpet' public house, High Street, Bilston. Probably the most famous Live Jazz Pub in the world."
The Pub itself has changed very
little. The whole aspect of the pub is to take you back to those early
days when Jazz was in it's golden era and pubs were small, cozy, social
places with beer and atmosphere a plenty.
|
|
The Pub was the home of many local musicians such as Slade, THE SLADE CONNECTION the late Tommy Burton, Reg Kierle who all played and still do play a massive part in the pubs ongoing history. The fantastic Holdens Traditional Ales are still being served and the Jazz is still being pumped out eight times a week. |
|
This has still got to be one of
the most famous Jazz venues in the Country.
