Worked in AC6000 and AC4400 Software Teams on various projects. Worked in Traction Sub Systems and Custom Services Engineering Teams.

May - July, 1997 ( 8 Weeks ) Alcatel Telecom, Islamabad

Served in Exchange manufacturing department, co-ordinated in installation of 4000 series PABX systems, conducted troubleshooting and repair of TMABS & TMAD3S subscriber cards and final testing of CSNB’s and CSNE’s.

June - August, 1992 (10 Weeks) UMDT Computers, Rawalpindi

After matriculation, in a joint venture started a computer center to teach computer skills. Taught Basics of Computers, Word Processing and SpreadSheet Software.

    FINAL YEAR DESIGN PROJECTS

    Title : Microcontroller based Weigh In Motion (WIM) Data Acquisition System

    Description : AT89C2051 based data acquisition system using load cell and piezo sensors, to weigh and classify moving vehicles on motorways and keep traffic records to prevent overloading. The computer interface is in C language.

    Significance : WIM systems are not in use in Pakistan. Their use on motorways, busy roads and interchanges can reduce the operational costs of road network, significantly. Our system can be modified for use in parking areas and road load analysis. Data acquisition techniques and hardware made in this project can easily be used in different fields like remote data acquisition and acquiring data from instruments and sensors.
