Brothers and sisters, having lived a better part of my life on the Plains of Oklahoma, I have witnessed many a terrible storm, but I tell you the truth, the STORM that is about to come UPON the whole earth is unlike any storm I have ever seen before. The dream had two parts. I believe it to be a WARNING to the church of things to come.
I was standing in the living room of a large home looking out a large bay window. Across the yard in an open field, a very large tornado was approaching. The sky was obscured by its shear size. The wind was howling. The walls were vibrating. I could feel the FEAR of the LORD. It was a TERRIBLE moment. The Tornado was so wide that escape was impossible. DESTRUCTION was imminent.
Brothers and sisters, in my dream, (although I did not see them) I knew there were many people in that house. And fearing for our safety, I calmly turned and said, "Ok, its time to go to the basement."
Immediately, the scene changed, and I watched as two women sat in a living room. They were drinking coffee, and they had obviously been chatting and talking. But now, one of the women was standing and staring out her window. She was looking with horror at the same storm. The tornado was bearing down upon her home. The other woman was sitting with her back toward the window. She could not see the approaching tornado, nor did she appear to be concerned. In fact, she was still talking as if nothing was about to happen!
The woman who could see the tornado approaching was GRIPPED with FEAR. She could not move. Her face was rigid, she was speechless.
As I watched the scene unfold, I said to myself, "Why isn't this woman doing something? Why aren't these women seeking shelter? Don't they know they are about to perish?"
Brothers and Sisters, I tell you the truth, a STORM IS COMING, and how shall the church escape?
Brothers and sisters, DO NOT listen to the FIRE ESCAPE PREACHERS who promise you peace. DO NOT listen to them at all. For I tell you the truth, the LORD has already declared their end. LISTEN TO HIM.
"I am going to feed them WORMWOOD and make them drink POISONESS water." JEREMIAH 23:15
Brothers and sisters DO NOT listen to the prophets who promise you peace, for...
"Thus says the LORD of hosts... They are LEADING you into FUTILITY; They speak a vision of their own imagination, Not from the mouth of the LORD." JEREMIAH 23:16
"They keep saying to those who despise Me, "The LORD has said, You will have peace'; And as for everyone who walks in the stubbornness of his own heart, They say, "Calamity will not come upon you.'?" JEREMIAH 23:17
Brothers and Sisters, the Storm of the Lord is coming and the LORD will not REPENT.
And as for...
"...YOU who are longing for the DAY of the LORD, For what purpose will the DAY of the LORD be to you? It will be darkness and not light; As when a man flees from a lion And a bear meets him, Or goes home, leans his hand against the wall And a snake bites him. Will not the Day of the LORD be darkness instead of light, Even gloom with no brightness in it?" AMOS 5:18-20
Brothers and sisters, THE DAY OF THE LORD is a TERRIBLE DAY, a DAY of DARKNESS not light. A DAY of TERROR, not peace. It is a DAY of RECKONING, a DAY of JUDGEMENT,
and I tell you the truth, it is at the DOOR.
Brothers and sisters, DO NOT listen to the prophets who PROMISE (prophesy to you) PEACE...I TELL YOU THE TRUTH...they have been DECEIVED.
Brothers and sisters, what then are the characteristics of a FALSE prophet?
"Therefore behold, I am against the prophets, declares the LORD, WHO STEAL My words from each other." JEREMIAH 23:30
"Behold, I am against the prophets, declares the LORD, who use their tongues and declare, "The Lord declares.'" JEREMIAH 23:31
Brothers and sisters, They say they SPEAK FOR GOD, when in ESSENCE, they ARE really SPEAKING FOR THEMSELVES.
"Behold, I am against those who have prophesied FALSE DREAMS, declares the LORD, and related them and LED MY PEOPLE ASTRAY by their FALSEHOODS and RECKLESS BOASTING; yet I did not send them or command them, nor do they furnish this people the slightest benefit, declares the LORD." JEREMIAH 23:32
Brothers and sisters, I tell you the truth, these FIRE ESCAPE PREACHERS are absolutely worthless to the Body of Christ. They are leading you into FUTILITY. And what will be THEIR end? I'll show you.
"Therefore thus says the LORD of hosts concerning the prophets, "Behold, I am going to feed them WORMWOOD and give them POISONESS water to DRINK." JEREMIAH 23:15
Brothers and sisters, the STORM of the LORD is coming, and how shall anyone escape?
"Now one might say, How can this be, has not the Lord promised us peace and prosperity forever?"...NO. NO, Brothers and sisters...THERE WILL BE NO PEACE...for the LORD has spoken, and He will not REPENT. HEAR the word of the LORD.
"BEHOLD, the LORD lays the earth waste, devastates it, distorts its surface and scatters its inhabitants. And the people will be like the priest, the servant like his master, the maid like her mistress, the buyer like the seller, the lender like the borrower, the creditor like the debtor. The EARTH will be COMPLETELY LAID WASTE and COMPLETELY DESPOILED, for the LORD has spoken this word. The earth mourns and withers, the world fades and withers, the exalted of the people of the earth fade away." ISAIAH 24:1-4
Brothers and sisters, I tell you the truth, a STORM of EPIC PROPORTIONS is COMING, the DAY of the LORD is at hand, how shall anyone escape?
"Behold, the STORM of the LORD has gone forth in WRATH, Even a WHIRLING TEMPEST; It will SWIRL DOWN on the head of the WICKED. The ANGER of the LORD will not turn back Until He has performed and carried out the purposes of His heart; In the LAST DAYS you will clearly understand it." JEREMIAH 23:19,20
Brothers and sisters, the STORM is COMING, and it’s TIME to go to the basement. It’s time to seek SHELTER. (PSALM 91.)
Brothers and sisters, the STORM is COMING (just as it is written) and the Lord WILL NOT REPENT.
Brothers and sisters...it is a FEARFUL thing to fall into the hands of a LIVING GOD. And that is EXACTLY what this earth is about to do.
But Brothers and sisters, let me ask you. WHY is the Storm coming?
"The earth is also POLLUTED by its inhabitants, for they TRANSGRESSED LAWS, VIOLATED STATUTES, BROKE the everlasting COVENANT. Therefore, a CURSE DEVOURS the earth, and those who live in it are HELD GUILTY. Therefore, the inhabitants of the earth are BURNED, and few men are left." ISAIAH 24:5,6.
Brothers and sisters, How did this storm sneak up on us?
I tell you the truth, it is happening just as the LORD Himself said it would.
"The DAY of the LORD shall come like a THIEF in the night."
Brothers and sisters, the church is UNPREPARED. And Why is this? I tell you the truth it is because of her prophets (religious leaders)...it is because of a "religious spirit."
Brothers and sisters, your LEADERS were too busy MAKING A NAME for themselves to see the STORM. They were too busy BUILDING THIER OWN KINGDOMS to see their coming DESTRUCTION. They were too busy LIVING IN THE FLESH TO FURNISH YOU THE SLIGHTEST BENEFIT.
Brothers and sisters, I tell you the truth, it has come to pass JUST AS IT WAS WRITTEN, "They have "FATTENED their HEARTS in a DAY of SLAUGHTER." JAMES 5:5
Brothers and sisters, DO NOT LISTEN to the FIRE ESCAPE PREACHERS anymore...FOR THUS SAYS THE LORD.
I DID NOT SEND THESE PROPHETS, But they ran. I DID NOT SPEAK TO THEM, But they prophesied.
"But if they had stood in My council, Then they would have announced MY WORDS to My people, And would have TURNED THEM BACK from their evil way and from the evil of their deeds."
Brothers and sisters, if they would have REALLY CARED about you, they would have gotten you READY, They would have PREPARED you for the DIFFICULT DAYS that lie ahead, they would have told you the TRUTH, they would have told you to REPENT.
Brothers and sisters, who then can escape the ARM of the LORD? Who then is able to STAND in HIS PRESENCE?
Am I a God who is near, declares the LORD, And not a God far off? Can a man hide himself in hiding places So I do not see him? declares the LORD. Do I not fill the heavens and the earth? declares the LORD. JEREMIAH 23:23,24
Brothers and sisters, The LORD of HEAVEN and EARTH is coming to RULE the WORLD which HE CREATED, but first, its INHABITANTS must be JUDGED, and the CHURCH will not escape.
Brothers and sisters, It is time to get on our knees and REPENT of our sins, for the STORM of the LORD is coming and LORD WILL NOT REPENT.
