The Qa'pla class ships began as the Relentless Class Development Project which was approved in 2367 which was quickly changed to the Qa'pla class. A year after the decision was made to use unused Galaxy class structural skeletons, specifically that of the saucer sections, as the main part of the ship design and then use that to design the whole ship around using Klingon warp nacelles. New Aberdeen Naval Yards was the prime contractor. The keel of the IKV Qa'pla was laid in February and New Aberdeen in 2369 and finished and ship launched in June of 2372 which is the current year of the PBEM.
The IKV-762 Qa'pla is assigned to the Imperial Fleet and he carries a mixed crew of 75% Klingons and 25% Federation Exchange Crew.
This here is a provisional listing of the decks and main features of each deck. Later individual subpages will define weapons and specifics of places like sickbay and the bridge and might include images.
Deck one: Bridge, Captain's Ready Room, conference room, emergency turbolift to CIC, crew head, turbolifts one and two.

Deck seven: Shuttlebay 2 ((unclear)), main computer (port and star center), transporter Rooms 3 and 4 port side
Deck eight: Cargo Bay 5 and two molecular-level transporters, CIC, Captain's main quarters, main computer (port and star center).
Deck nine: troop transport/emergency evac quarters, sickbay, important dignitaries' quarters, main computer (port and star center)
Deck ten: Transporter Rooms 5 and 6 starboard side, science complex, main computer (port and star center).
Deck eleven: Cargo Bay 9 with two molecular-level transporters, main computer (port and star center)
Deck twelve: Transporter Rooms 7 and 8 fore, main computer (port and star center), Main Engineering, MARA and jettison hatch
Deck thirteen: Crew Quarters, main computer (port and star center)
Deck fourteen: main computer (port and star center)
Deck fifteeen: Crew Quarters
Deck sixteen: Crew Quarters
Deck seventeen: hangar deck of Shuttlebay 1
Deck eighteeen: inverted flight deck of Shuttlebay 1
