Born March 03, 1960
Joined the Lord Oct. 12, 1999.

Raised as an only child.
Blessed as a mother of 2.
Friend to many,
Faithful servant,
Beautiful angel.

It's been a few years since Donna's passing. I still think
about her often. I can finally think about her without
crying, but I still miss her, & her friendship.
Many still miss her, many tears still fall, many hearts still ache.
And for those that are still hurting, our prayers are with you ...

Donna Sue was born in Fort Worth,
Texas, and was adopted when she
was 4 days old. She spent her
childhood in Wheeler, Texas.
She played in a high school
band there, and she also played
the piano.
Donna graduated from high school
in 1978 with honors.
She married in the late 1970's,
& was blessed with her first
child at the age of 19.
Shortly after, she found
out she was diabetic.

Donna was blessed with a
second child in July 1986.
In 1989 she attended night classes
at Frank Phillips College in Borger,
Texas, with a Business Degree plan.

Donna's oldest son moved to Oklahoma
to live with his father. So she & her
youngest also moved to Oklahoma
in able to stay close to him.
Donna went to work for an attorney
there in Nov. 1995

Donna went to work in an office
for a city government in Jan. 1997
and was named Employee of the Month
in April of 1999. But due to diabetes
she was losing her eye sight rapidly,
& left her office job.
Donna did not give up hope.
She stayed busy by volunteering
her time at a fitness center for
women, and by teaching childrens
Sunday School and working in the
church nurseries.

Donna remained an active member
of her church, and the Lord provided
for her as she continued to battle
with diabetes.

Donna was proceded in death by
one husband, and is survived by
her children, parents, 2 aunts,
several cousins, and a host of
friends from near & far.

Donna's parents would like to
remind us that Donna is with the
Lord, she no longer needs diabetic
shots, and she is able to see again.

If you have any pics of Donna,
or stories you'd like to share
on this page, you can
leave a message on the guestbook,
and I'll get back to you. :-)

Donna was a true friend to us,
and we miss her terribley.

Thank you, Donna, for all the laughs,
for showing us about true friendship,
for showing us all how to enjoy
life, and how to keep our heads held
high even when the burdens are heavy.
You were a wonderful mother, daughter,
friend, neighbor, and Christian.
And now you are a sweet angel in heaven,
living the life you so deserve. We love
you and we miss you greatly.
Lois, Tracy, 'Drew', & 'Lizzy girl'.

Please keep Donna's children,
and parents, in your prayers.
Thank you, & God bless you.
