The Mexican Stand-off, And AMFA was not Black balled!
About 10 AMFA guys wearing their shirts were in the TUL Cam Cafeteria, and hordes of TWU supporters were there as well, an E-board member was there also,(so you might assume it was sanctioned by the TWU!)
Anyway, These, maybe 70, TWU members with about 80% with there TWU shirts on,- would not allow any of the AMFA guys to sit down to eat! These TWU guys were not eating anything themselves, and was just taking up space...so no one else could sit! Well anyway, the AMFA guys stood there and waited for a table to clear, more AMFA guys came in the Cafe...and the TWU guys(practically the whole cafeteria) boooed them when they entered!
And some of the AMFA guys left the cafe...and the TWU guys all applauded! (get the picture!)
About 7 or 8 AMFA guys stood there and Jack Wing from Labor relations walked in with two security guards, Jack walked right up to the AMFA guys and asked if they were handing out AMFA info./distributing...when they said no, they were just there to eat lunch, and they were waiting for a table! Jack walked over to the security and announced to the whole cafeteria that "if they were done eating, or just were not eating,- to please leave the cafeteria, because other people would like to eat!" After about 3 or 4 min. the herd of TWU supporters (Maybe 70 guys) all got up at once, (practically the whole cafeteria) got up and left! Leaving the 7 or 8 AMFA guys alone! Leaving them to finished the hard earned Lunch, They were not blacked balled out of the Cafeteria! More
Fear and Intimidation Tactics, This is the most Direct Aggressive action that the TWU supporters have made against the AMFA GUYS! (someone said that the TWU had a meeting Mon. night, and they decided to hold this, "demonstration".) This was not a demonstration this was pure aggression!
Protect your rights, no one else will...These colors don't run!!
