9*16*99 ~ Okay, so what would happen, if say the tree was a fruit tree, let's say apple, would anything happen to that person? Would the fruit be edible? Would the tree/person feel someone eating a part of it?
Or what about if someone carved their names into it, same thing would it hurt the tree/person? What about if some lumber jacks came along and decided the needed a nice tree to cut down and BAM they see the tree/person and they decide they want to cut it down, and lets say they do. What would happen to the tree/person? Would he just become common logs? Would the house they use the logs on be haunted with his ghost?
Let's ponder on the Tree/Person for a while. Okay will our tree become industrious and start let's say, ...a lumber company? Okay I had to do that. Tree/Person is so ockward, let's just call him Bob. Okay so let's say Bob needs a job. what could Bob do? Will Bob have a certain knack for something, or will Bob become common gutter trash, because no one will take pity on him or offer him an apprentice ship? Or since he is in Tortall, will people be nice to him and teach him useful things? I choose that latter.
Okay so now, Bob's got some book learnin'. Will Bob fall in love? Let's say he does, and finds the right one and has some kids. They'll most definitely be human. I doubt Bob's wife will be popping out Poplars. Will his kids have wooden features? No, okay, but you got to admit it would be funny if Bob had a kid named Pinochio.
That should be enough for your minds to ponder, for now. Now I have a Forum up in here and you can comment on what I wrote or bring up a point you've thought up.

9*6*99 ~ I know I haven't put up much in here in a while, don't think there isn't anymore 'cause there is. I recently got an e-mail and I realized that I haven't put up the forum yet. I just put it up and now anyone who wants to comment doesn't have to e-mail me. Just go. I want this to become a huge board where everyone can comment whenever they want. So go into the forum and see for yourself.
8*1*99 Okay so anyway, I wasn't gonna put up anymore for a while, but this is like eating away at me. So, you know how Numair said that somewhere a tree probably turned into a person…well, would that person be wearing clothes? And if not would they just walk around naked for a while or would they be wearing clothes. And if they were wearing clothes, would the clothes be the person's who got turned into a tree or would they be their own? And if they were the person's who got turned into a tree would they fit perfectly or would they be to small or too big or would they be magically altered in some way to fit the tree/person?
Ahh, see what I mean! And that's just the beginning of this! We (and when I say we I generally mean Sarah and me) have sooooo many things to nit pick about.
Okay like would just any tree be turned into a person or would the tree that changes be a magical tree or a previously enchanted tree. Say like someone along time ago turned someone into a tree. Then say a couple hundred years later someone turns somebody else into a tree. Would that previously enchanted tree turn into a person again? And wouldn't that be dangerous because weren't they turned into a tree for a reason? Or would a normal tree just turn into a person. But if a tree tree turned into a person would it know stuff or just know what a tree knows or what?
And what if a person was leaning up against a tree and it suddenly turned into a person. Would the people of that area being as stupid as uneducated male lead people usually are would they find the tree/person and lynch it and kill it?
See what I mean! This just goes on and on and well you get the point. There are so many things that you can say happened or didn't happen. So e-mail me and I'll put up what you think. My e-mail should be listed below, but if it's not it should be on the front page.
7*31*99 Okay, how to start this... Well bascially this page is all about what would happen if someone used a word of power to turn someone into a tree, and the resulting consequences. This all started after I read my friend Sarah's books, and by all I mean this whole Tamora Pierce Thing - Tree included. You all know how Numair turned what his name (I'll fill it in later) into a tree at Fief Dunlath, right. Well Sarah and me got to thinking what would happen, because Numair said a tree somewhere probably turned into a person. We thought okay well, what would happen to the tree?
