Guernsey Phonecards
Although Guernsey came as a Phonecard issuing Country quite late, it does have some of the most advanced phone boxes in Western Europe. Guernsey uses a form of 'chip card'. Although not a big producer of cards, the usage seems to be fairly constant. Jersey Phonecards
