Peas and corn cookies

  • 2 boxes of Jiffy corn bread mix with:
  • 3 eggs with shells
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 cooked and smashed sweet potato
  • 1/2 c. frozen peas
  • 1/2 c. frozen corn
  • 1/2 c. favorite seeds (optional)


    Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    Combine all the ingredents, and mix well. Spoon into cupcake tins.
    Bake for 20 minutes.

    Cool and serve to those feathered friends!!
