Died Nov 23, 1908 in East Delaware, Michigan. Buried
Nov 26, 1908 in Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery,
Sanilac County,. Occupation Laborer, Farmer.
Immigrated to US in 1873 and settled in New York for
four years. Moved to Forrestville Michigan in 1877.
Was a Farmer in Delaware Township, Sanilac County,
Michigan.
According ro Church Records he is listed as Friedrich
Shiller, Sr.
"Seine Gattin 5 Kinder, 1 schwester Frau
Ernst Wendt."
Freidrich was Naturalized in Pennsylvania.
Came to New York in 1873 on The Jenny from the port of
Bremen, Germany. Traveling with him was his wife Louise,
age 32, son Christian, age 14, daughter Justine, age 7,
daughter Emilie (Amelia), age 4 and son Friedrich age
8 months.
Death Cause: Died from General Dropsy
He married Louise PAPKA, in 1858. Born Dec 16, 1839 in
West Prussia, Germany. Died Jun 28, 1911 in East Delaware,
Michigan.
1900 Census Shows a Daughter in Law, Mertilia, Born
Sept 1872, in Michigan, Parents Born in New York,
living in the household, Probably Frederick Juniors
Wife, as he and daughter Martha were also in the
household. Also a Niece, Anna born Aug 1894, in Michigan,
Father born in Germany and Mother Born in Michigan.
They had the following children:

3. Caroline SCHILLER. Daughter of Karl SCHILLER &
Katherine GOLOSCHOFSKI. Born Jan 1835 in Germany.
They attended church at the Trinity Lutheran Church
in Forrestville Michigan after coming across from
Germany in 1878.
She married Ernst WENDT, 1857 in Germany. Born 1837 in
Germany. Occupation Farmer.
Ernst Came to the US in 1871, a Year later Caroline and
Charles followed. They are said to have helped to pay
the fares for Frederick and his family to come to the US.
Ernst and Family moved to Michigan in 1878.
They had the following children:
