Many months after that, during the tour, Taylor and his children got used to each other, and Gretchen expressed interest in learning the piano, so Taylor taught her. Lydia turned 6, and got along well with Zac's child, Melissa, who was also 6 years old. Isaac was still unmarried, but had a girlfriend that was their opening act. Her name was Kim, and she was about Isaac's age, 30.

One night, while working on a song, Taylor heard Gretchen walk into the room, sniffling.

"Daddy… Lydia took my pillow." Gretchen cried.

Taylor rolled his eyes, then got a nasty look on his face. "Lydia's 2 years younger then you. She needs that pillow more then you do, so why don't you just back off and go to sleep?" Taylor barked. Gretchen gasped, her green eyes filling with hot tears as she backed away in fear of her father. Tears finally started spilling down her red cheeks, and Gretchen ran out of the room sobbing.

Taylor felt a little bit of guilt, but shook it off. Lydia was so much prettier then Gretchen… She deserved to have 2 pillows instead of one.

5 years later…

Taylor was sitting on his piano bench when Gretchen suddenly fled into the room, crying with all her might.

"Daddy… Lydia... She…" 12 year old Gretchen sobbed.

Taylor rolled his eyes, obviously fed up with Gretchen. "Listen, Gret. I don't care what Lydia did to you now… You must have done something to piss her off, and now look at you. You got what you deserved… Lydia's a sweet little girl, unlike her sister who's a two timing backstabber." Taylor yelled, making Gretchen cry harder.

Lydia walked in behind her father, and smiled evilly, sticking her tongue out towards Gretchen. Gretchen, in return, stuck her tongue out Lydia, making Taylor's face turn a bright shade of red.

"GRETCHEN. Don't you EVER tease your little sister like that again!" Taylor slapped his daughter hard on the cheek, then turned away from her and took a crying Lydia into his lap.

"Angel… Don't cry… Daddy's here, and your mean ugly sister will never hurt you again…" Taylor whispered, and Gretchen crept out of the room. Once out, she ran up to the bedroom she shared with the 'Angel', and grabbed an object, holding it to her chest.

"Dad, you don't deserve what you have, therefore, you may not have it. God, take me away… Allow me to go home and be with my real family… My mother… Please God, take me home…" Gretchen closed her eyes, whispering the pray and slowly bringing the object she held up to her ear. Once there, she said a last Amen, then quickly pulled the trigger, falling down to the floor, dead.
