Can I see some I.D.?
Since I am a Bartender, I thought it would be nice to share some tips and tricks I know and even a few drinks.
One important part of making a good drink is to pack the ice in the glass. That way you get more liquor and less filling. People tend to think the opposite.
Another important fact I have come to know is that people love to feel special and welcomed. I love to kid around with everyone and have made alot of friends with that. Below is a list of drinks for you to try and enjoy.
Long Island: In a half crafe, or a large glass, pack with ice,add half shots of Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequlia, and Triple Sec. Pack with more ice and add a splash of sour mix and maybe a third of orange juice, then fill the rest of the way with coke. Top with a piece on lemon.
Long Beach: Same as the Long Island except skip the sour mix and coke. Add Cranberry Juice instead of coke.
Hot Fuc_ : (you get the idea) Half shot of Hot Damn Schnapps and a half shot of Bailey's. Try to layer the Bailey's on top of the Hot Damn. Great taste!
Malibu and Pineapple: one shot of Malibu rum and fill with Pineapple juice. Great Summer Drink!
Tootsie Roll: Shot of Dark Creme De Coca and fill with orange juice. Taste exactly like a liquid Tootsie Roll!!
Watermelon: For just the drink, in a glass of ice add a half shot of Southern Comfort, a half shot of Creme De Almond and fill with orange juice. For shots in a large container, add a shot of each liquor and fill with orange juice, stir well then pour into shot glasses.
Gilligan's Island:Pour half shots of Rum, Tequlia,Vodka,Gin and Triple Sec. in a large glass of well packed ice. Add pineapple juice until you have enough room for a healthy splash of 7-up or Squirt. This drink has a sweet taste.
Lemon Drop:In a rock glass take a slice of lemon and rub it around the rim of the glass. Dip the rim in sugar until it has a thick coat on it. Squeeze the lemon in the glass and throw out the rind. Add a shot of Vodka and coat a lemon wedge with sugar and set on the rim of the glass. To drink this shot you drink the vodka then eat the lemon wedge. (not the rind please)
Toasted Almond:Here's a sweet drink that taste like strawberry Quick. Half shot of Creme De Almond, Half shot of Baileys or Kahula then fill the remainder of glass with milk.
