The next several pages are custom models depicting varoius sections of the Alamo. Each was built to the owner's specifications. Some wanted their Alamo as historically correct as space would allow. Others wanted their Alamo to simulate one featured in one of the many Alamos motion pictures. Our job was to make their dream a reality. All models are 1/32 scale unless noted.
Scale Size Chapel
The owner of this model asked that I begin with his Conte Alamo front facade and build the rest of the chapel to scale, and all as one unit. Note scale size wall thickness, the abundance of hand carved stone work and the stockade section on top of the front corner of the chapel. The gun ramp inside was close to 2' long and made up of scale size lumber.
