Welcome to the Precision Models Company. We offer an extensive line of buildings and accessories for your model soldier dioramas. Although we have done custom work for other scales, our standard line of structures are built to 1/32 scale for 54” figures. They will also work well with 60mm figures and 1/35th scale.
Almost any of our line of “1/32 Scale Buildings” will be at home on WWII, Civil War, Napoleonic or other era dioramas. The parts for these buildings are cast in a hard surface (shore70) urethane plastic. They are resilient, can be bored with common super glues and have excellent paint adhering qualities. The detail in the castings is very crisp. All of our buildings are offered fully assembled and painted but we also offer some in kit form. They are very “builder friendly” and, other than painting, can be completed in about 30 minutes. With 50 plus molds available, we have also been able to put together some large and unique models built to our customers’ specific needs.
We also offer a 1/32 scale Alamo. Some of the components are cast as described above, but many of the sections are composed of plywood with a tough, adobe skin. Building each by hand affords us almost unlimited ability to custom make the components to your specifications. We have built so many different style Alamo sections or related buildings that it would be impossible to list all of them. We have also produced a number of unique displays for larger scale figures, facades that can be used for background on book shelf dioramas, a 3’ by 7’ fully scenic diorama board for 1/43 military vehicles and many other interesting pieces. Please see link for “Custom Models” below.
Our models have been reviewed in Mini Soldier Gazette, Toy Soldiers and Collectibles Magazine, Toy Soldier and Model Figure Magazine and Plastic Warrior Magazine. We have been building professionally since 1997.
