Episode three starts off with a massive outbreak of boomers going nuts. They keep "malfunctioning" and attacking their owners. They have all gone to shit. No one knows exactly what's up. Has the world gone mad???????!!!----Well it already was but that is a different story. Well there is somewhat more to it such as an odd figure who has returned to unveil the cause of it all and wreak havoc amongst Neo Tokyo.

Now let's see. There was a story but it kind of sort of is jagged in that it switches all of the sudden from point A to point X in like a matter of seconds. There is a good point brought up by the mystery figure. The earth is bound to be destroyed by us at some time or another. With this he brings up good reason for his actions to do so (ok I'm being vague. His plans (the mystery figure is...LARGO!!) Are to destroy humanity (but spare Sylia-wink-wink) for it's own sake and the Earth's and to repopulate the world with boomers to save the Earth) and honestly which -morbidly- is in my opinion the savior of this episode. His plan is evil but it is well thought and backed up.

Besides that, the episode is medium with a poorly thought out story line, yet some decent fight and action scenes (though obviously rushed). A plus for some is the episode's hentai aspect (sort of. It brings joy to all who wished to see the knight sabres in um...their beauty.) For the BubbleGum namesake i'll stop from further bashing this thing.
