[Nate] Clay, 1260 years of the Catholic Church in POWER! NOT the year A.D. 1260.
[Clay] I know what you meant, and if you still think that there were 100 million Europeans, then I'm embarassed for you.
[Nate]If you claimed your church goes back to Peter then the number could be much higher. Only God knows the exact number of how many people had been put to death by your church from the 1th-18th century.
[Clay] If "only God knows", perhaps you'll stop exhibiting your willful ignorance by speculating on it. Did you know that for the first 3-4 hundred years of Christianity, they were persecuted bitterly by the Romans? Oh, I forgot, you actually think Polycarp, Ignatius, Justin Martyr, et al, were actually 2x2's...... 33 of the first 34 popes were martyred for their faith. Catholics were slaughtered by the thousands by invading Muslims. Your argument is irrelevant and offensive.
[Nate] God has everything written down so He will deal with these horrible crimes later as He promised. I would NOT want to be an inquisitor who lived during the dark ages, in the day of judgment.
[Clay] You do not have an adequate knowledge of how inquisitions took place; nevertheless, I suggest you spend more time worrying about how YOU will account for your false witness.
[Nate] I don't know where you get your information from but according to my many historians sources the Waldensians claim Apostolic sucession [sic]! It is all on their Waldenses beliefs, teachings, and testimonies. It is all there on our website.
[Clay] Your website is a shining example of wishful thinking. Those Waldense beliefs that were apostolic were Catholic, and those Waldense beliefs that are not have little in common with yours.
[Nate] I have one more article on the Waldenses and I will let their foes/friends [sic] testimonies speak for themselves.
[Clay] What, the first 26 articles saying the same thing weren't enough? This is the equivalent of shouting louder to try to make a point - it only serves to magnify and further expose your mistakes.
[Nate] I think the Waldensians history you are reading is NOT correct! Peter Waldo Was NOT the Waldenses Founder! Peter Waldo never said that he was their founder! It is all there on our website.
[Clay] Putting garbage on your website doesn't make it magically come true - it's still garbage. I even quoted FROM THE WALDENSES THEMSELVES, who say that Waldo was their founder.
[Nate] The Waldenses/Albigenses aposltes [sic] and believers have testified over and over through many generations that their fellowship goes back to the Apostles and Christ Himself.
[Clay] Another example of your sloppy work - the Waldenses and Albigenses were VERY DIFFERENT. Albigenses could barely even be called Christian, Nate! Why would you want to claim origins from them?
