Liverpool Richmond Row
Liverpool were to take a large portion of the trade that fell away with the silting of the Dee ,created their own Rows called the " Richmond Row " it adjoined the market place and was built of brick with oak pillars .
( N.B. ) It is interesting to note the rows were copied imitation being the highest form of flattery
