still available after all these years ...

We'd each get a coin or two from mom, walk to the corner store & get a sack full of candy...

wax coke bottles, Sixlets, safetllite wafers, razzles, candy cigarettes,  Boston Baked Beans, Necco wafers  Sugar daddys, Sugar Babies, SenSen, Orange Circus Peanuts,  Spearmint Leaves..,,,candy necklaces,. Candy dots on strips of paper. rock candy on something like a swizzle stick. Shoestring licorice. Bazooka bubblegum, Mallos cups ,pumpkin seeds in the red wrapper ,, maryjanes , squirrels ("Squirrel Nut Zipper" )   Chik O Stix,  razzles, colored cigar bubble gum, lemonheads, cinnamon toothpicks-we used to make our own..with  cinnamon oil from the pharmacist, Dip A Stick , Marathon, Caravelle, Big Hunk, Look, Powerhouse, Mars Bars-when the almonds were on top,  "flicks" came in a cardboard tube., mint julep, apple flavor Zotz Nerds, Jolly Ranchers - Fire, Apple,  watermelon, Oompah LOOMPAH   Smarties, flying saucers, garbage shaped candies that would come in a little  garbage can . Charms Sweet & Sour suckers, Hubba Bubba,   bubble gum with a cherry-flavored juicy center..  Jolly Rancher Stix - in caramel or butterscotch, astropops,,  Marathon Bars and Zero Bars.     swedish fish , coconut watermelon slices,   bottlecaps, pop rocks, jujubee ,bit-o-honey, those tiny little jaw breakers,  Fizzies That Were supposed  to Go in water but we all loved to suck on them.   giant charms sweet & sour lollipops, , Turkish Taffy,   Red Hot Dollars,    wax lips Big Cherry , Yipe Stripes!  fruit striped  SweetartsSpree , Valomilk,  lik-m-aid, Root-Beer-Barrels , soda poppers , Cherry Mash, Memories of Sweetarts ,  Sunshine Lemon Cooler Cookies, McCraw's old fashioned taffy Black Jack, Beeman's and Clove Gum, Candy  lipsticks in the gold foil wrap , Pixie Sticks,burnt peanuts, Mary Janes, marshmallow cones, ...did someone mention wax lips?

 

Maybe your next craft fair will have an old time candy booth where you can  buy old time candy as a gift for someone's 40th or 50th birthday!
