met on May 27, 2000 and decided to form a class foundation. Thirteen trustees were elected at that meeting to create the foundation and to organize for future reunions and other events. The newly elected Trustees met following the General Meeting and elected officers as follows: General Chairman --- Davis Moffatt Asst. Chairman and Secretary -- Delores Mc Pherson Treasurer -- Phyliss Ramsey Newsletter -- Patricia Harmon Project Chairman -- Bill Erwin Float Chairman -- Tom Harris The foundation is now incorporated in the State of Oklahoma as a non-profit corporation called the Cushing High School Class of 1955 Foundation. The Directors of this new corporation met August 22, 2000 and formulated the bylaws for the foundation. |
