Ken Alcorn...Married to Beth McDermett, also a CHS grad. They were living in Cushing where Ken was a jeweler at Mac’s Time Shop and Beth was a bookkeeper. Their two sons were 7 and 3. Their third child was expected that winter.
Frank Allen... (Update)My wife, Kathy, and I are going to celebrate our 19th anniversary. We have 2 children, Melissa, 15 and Frank, 12. I'm an Operating Engineer-Local 627 and have been a crane operator for 20 years. We live in Yukon.

Freda Benthall Bradshaw- Employed by Central State University, Freda, husband Rick, who worked for the Santa Fe RR and their 2 year old daughter lived in Edmond, taking several trips to Colorado each year. Jennifer Berry - Married to Steve, Vice President of Permeator Corp, was living in Tulsa with daughters Jill 6, and Carrie 2. Becky Blankenship Champlain. She and husband Robert, a barn builder, lived in Parkhill with their three sons who were 8,7 and 2.

Off.,Oil Co's.,moved to El Paso, owned own bus. in int. design 6 1/2 yrs, contracted as ins. agent 1989 - transfr.to Santa Fe,NM still with Ins. Co. Had 3 sons, oldest married with one child, other two still single. Have chosen not to marry partner of 11 years. I did all of that and had my wonderful sons, which are the only blessings from the experience. I love my career and the arts. I paint, write, and have numerous yrs. canine training as hobbies. (Updated)Left Cushing in 1973 to live in OkC. Married Russ Glenn of KS had a daughter, Kelli. Divorced, moved back to Cushing for a short time. Married David Quick and moved OKC, David was Air Force. We had a son, Allen. Left OKC and moved to Turkey, Ohio and Greece. Divorced David, moved back to Ohio with Kelli. Allen chose to stay with Dad. Married Matt Tracy of CA in 1990 and work for HQ AF ROTC at Maxwell AFB. Kelli is AF stationed in ID and I have a grandson (4) and a grandaughter (1).

Both members of The Society For Creative Anachronisms, (SCA) in which they re-live the Middle Ages as they should have been. Their 1490 wedding performed by The Lord Monford, a monk, was attended by the Crown Princess of Trimaris (the Principality which includes Florida.)

Randy and Kathy Dykzeul divorced in 1996.

Kathy married R.C. Powers (from Sacramento, CA) in 1998 in Salt Lake City, UT. Moved to Fresno, CA in January 1999 and back to Oklahoma in February 2000. They are living in OKC where R.C. works for Hayes Distributing as Senior Sales Rep. and Kathy is an admin. assistant for the human resource dept. at Accord Human Resources (a PEO).

Daughter April married Mike LaNoy in 1993. They have three children - Kaitlyn 9, Kristin 7, and "hurricane" Kyle 3. They live in Guthrie.

Daughter Amber married Benny Mitchell May 2003. Amber is employed at UCO and is working on her Bachelors Degree. Benny graduated from UCO in 2002 and is employed with MidFirst Bank. They are living in OKC. Daughter Lacie is a mortgage loan processor working out of her home. She is engaged to Aaron Burton and they plan to be married in Vegas this September. Aaron is an independent contractor for OG&E. They are living in Edmond.

Betty Simmons(Bright)... Active members of Park Place Baptist Church Betty and husband Terry lived in Cushing with their two daughters 5 and 13 months.
UPDATE:I have two wonderful daughters Tammy 23, Mary 19 (now Gibson) and great
son-in-law Justin. I love them with all my heart and very proud of their
accomplishments.

Tammy was a 1996 graduate from CHS and a 2000  graduate (with honors)  from
OSU. She is in the teaching profession (3rd and 4th grades) Stillwater,
Oklahoma.

Mary was a 2000 graduate from CHS. She was a drafting student at Central
Vo-Tech, Drumright, Oklahoma her Junior and Senior year. She has a great
job working for SBIR Engineering in Drumright, Oklahoma. Justin and Mary
were married in October, 2000.

I have always told my kids to do their best in whatever they do and they
have done just that. I am very proud of them.

As for myself, we moved to Stillwater for about four years. Moved back to
Cushing in 1978. I still reside in Cushing and have a wonderful job working
for Mills Construction & Welding, Inc. and at Park Place Baptist Church as
Secretary/Clerk.

Karissa is 17 and is really into sports,school,and church.Matt is 16 and he likes sports and hunting and fishing .Laura is the baby at a very mature 12 years old .She makes very good grades but boys are her main hobby. I work for a company called Baker Hughes in Broussard Louisiana ,and my wife Sally is the secretary for the Episcopal church here in Miami.
