It’s July the 3rd, 2001 at 9.30am. Only 24 hours earlier did the possibility of this trip arise. David Bolton, Jonathan Henery David Allan and David Ferguson all fell out of their beds in time to leave for Road Trip: July 2001. |

First stop was 2 miles away, Hamilton, for petrol, munchies and anything Fergie had forgotten. |

93 miles later we arrived at this place which’s name I cant remember. There we spotted a hellovacopter which Fergie decided he was going to steal. Although, after several attempts, he decided that would not, in fact, fit into the glove compartment. |

From there, it was plain sailing and perfect driving to Inverness, who’s football stadium can be seen from the Inverness bridge. |

I was around this point that David “Deko” Allan told us that he had forgotten his towel... |

The waiting was ‘rover’ we were ready to go... |

Only 45 miles to Dornoch now and 3 hours of great driving behind us, we took Fergie’s ‘music’ off and put on some good tunes. |
