Indira Stefanianna Christopherson (a.k.a. Indira Danks) gave life to Daphne by being the first person to provide Daphne's voice.

Indira portrayed Daphne during the first season of Scooby Doo Where Are You! She left after the first season when she married her husband Rabindra Danks and moved to New York.

Indira makes a brief appearance in the 14th episode of the TV series M*A*S*H.
