FORMMETAL is a producer of pedestals of
raised access floors. Our company has one of the largest capacity in Turkey. We are
also exporting them to some European
Countries. Our pedestal production has started in 1999. We produced more
than 2.000.000 pedestals until today. The pedestals are applicable almost all types of panels. |

Details of Pedestals : |

We have two main type of pedestals called
M14 and M18. |
|
|
|
|
|
M14 Types : |
|
|
Steel Base Plates : 90 mm diameter by
3 mm thickness. Steel Tube : 25,4 mm
outside diameter by thickness 1,5 mm welded or riveted to steel base plate
according to desire. Plastic Bushing : It’s to avoid the movement
of threaded rod in the tube. Head
: Circular steel plate 90 mm diameter with 3 mm thickness
riveted or welded the threaded rod. The threaded rod ( M14 ) gives the
availability of height adjustment up to ± 20 mm. Nut M14 : is used to adjust and lock the height for the heights above
110 mm. |

M18 Types : |
|
|
Steel Base Plates : 100 x 100 mm by 3 mm thickness. Steel Tube : 25,4 mm outside
diameter by thickness 1,5 mm welded steel base plate. Steel Threaded Bushing : It’s to adjust the
height of the pedestal. Head :
Circular steel plate 90 mm diameter with 3 mm thickness welded the threaded rod. The threaded
rod ( M18 ) gives the availability of height adjustment up to 50 mm. Nut M18 : is used to adjust and lock the height for the heights. Head Gaskets : 3 mm thick moulded plastic gasket
designed to locate the corners of the panels. Electrical continuity is
achieved by brass plate placed on the plastic gasket. Stringers : The stringer is made from a galvanized steel by 1 mm thick.
The stringer system gives the possibility to use 400 x 600 mm & 600 x 600
mm panels. Stringer Gaskets : Made of plastic with the thickness of 1 mm prevents noise and
slippery. |
