"Steed makes a bomb- Emma is put to sleep."
Someone broke into the seemingly unpenetrable Ministry and stole some important files. Trouble is, whoever it was is invisible! The file stolen belongs to an inventor, Quilby, who in turn leads to the Eastern Drug Company, Soviet intelligence's front. Spies Elena and Alexandre Vazin are in town. But no one has seen Alexandre.
Notes: Quilby, the inventor, has sent an invention to the Ministry every week for years. Too bad they don't really work.
Teaser: Emma's busy looking at slides in her microscope. Steed looks on as Emma reads her slide with the famous "Mrs. Peel- we're needed."
Tag: Emma invites Steed to look at another slide. It reads "I'm hungry." Steed decides to get the antique Rolls out of mothballs and the two leave, pushing the car.
