The Band

• Serial Joe has been together for about 2 years.
• Ryan's mom (Debbie Dennis) is their co-manager.
• They met in elementary school and just started out jamming together in a garage for fun, playing cover songs.
• Got their break by winning 10 hours recording time in a contest on the New VR (local cable station) with their song Skidrow
• Have 4 videos out: Skidrow, Obsession, Mistake and Deep.
• Have played on the second stage at Edgefest99 and on the Emerging Acts Stage at Woodstock99.
• They're from Newmarket, Ontario.
• Music they're into: silverchair, Rage Against the Machine, The Salads, Limp Bizkit, 311 and Finger 11.
• They won the Best Band Award at the YTV Youth Acheivement Awards.
• Their videofact-funded music video for Skidrow won Best Independant Video at the 1998 Much Music Video Awards
• their Mistake video was nominated for Best Rock Video at the 1999 Much Music Video Awards
• They are currently trying to get an American record deal and expand into the US
