I'm a danish Author and journalist writing a book about three danish men - US Sitizens but with danish parents - who died during the japanese attack on Pearl Harbor 07. of December 1942.
Here below I have listed all my informations, I have until now regarding this three brave men:

As I still have some questions, I would like to ask, if you maybe can help me answering some of this things.
I really hope, you can help me.
Here is my questions:
1) How do you think, Elmers last Minutes on USS Arizona and Elis and Arnolds last Minutes on USS Oklohoma was...? Where was this three men placed on the ship this morning - and did any of them had any chance getting away in safe? Where on the internet can I read survivers from USS Arizona and USS Oklahoma telling about the attack.
2) Is there - with all the belowing informations - ANY possible chance to find still living survivers from the two ships, I can interview on the phone...? And maybe a surviver who KNEW either Elmer, Eli og Arnold...?
3) Elmers rank was: Machinist’s Mate 2nd Class (MM2c) - what did such a person have to do aboard the ship? Elis rank was: Store Keeper 3rd Class (SK3c) - what did such a person have to do aboard the ship? (Eli had regarding my informations the responsibility soling shoes. But that be right...? Arnolds rand was BosinsMate 1st Class (BM1c) - what did such a person have to do aboard the ship?
4) Can you by any chance on this material see where this three people grow up - was it on the countryside far away from a town - or....?

In the case Elmer Emil Chistensen I'm looking for still living family members:
And I think, that Elmer Emil has maybe one brother left alive: Alvin H. Christensen, Huntington Beach, Los Angeles.
And his other dead brother – Irving Christensen, who died in Lompoc, California in May 1990 – left his wife Marian Christensen of Lompec, one son, Jack Christensen, (in 1990 with tha Navy in Groton, Conn.) and one daughter, Sue Shotwell of Cypress.
I would be extremely happy if you can help me finding some or just one of this four VERY important people! I guess you know about good search-mashines (people-finders) in USA.
I really miss photo-material and informations about Elmer Emil Christensen life.
6) Did this three men had normal carriees in the Navy? See material listed here below. (Elmer was a navyman like the two others, wasn't he...?)
7) Elmers Salary is listed to be 21 dollar per month on time of enlistment. But I can't see any salery to Eli and Arnold in the papers - why?
8) Eli got the Purple Heart-decoration - but not Elmer. Why?
9) Is it possible to find photos from the attack on Pearl Harbor on the internet free for downloading and use? And where?
10) Where is Elmer (USS Arizona) and Elis and Arnolds (USS Oklahoma) remains today...? Are they still in the two ships?
And can you with help from all this infromations here below help me with other new materiel about Elmer, Eli and Arnold...?
