  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 extra large egg
  • 1 teaspoon real vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 ½ c flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups walnut pieces
  • 1 ½ c. quick oats

Cream butter, then add sugars, egg, vanilla and lemon juice.

In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture.
