My name is Jarrod and I am 36 years old. I have been married for 16 years and recently Medically Discharged from the military after serving 16 years of total service. I was discharged as a Disabled Veteran in December 2002 while performing a job as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician (EOD), which is equivalent to the Bomb Squad in the civilian sector.
Today I am requesting to all that visit if they would like to make a Donation to help me begin a new business venture. Since I recently had to file a Bankruptcy and with three children to support, I find it difficult to get the assistance I need to begin my business. I am very knowledgeable in the business I wish to start. I just need a little kindness and generosity of others to get it off the ground.
My Business Plan is to turn a Coffee Shop and Internet Cafe into one. People would be able to sit and enjoy their favorite coffee, latte, cappuccino, etc and read a newspaper or magazine or log onto the Internet and check their email. I wish to make it a big business in my area as we only have a few specialty coffee shops for people to enjoy. Some are nice, but not as comfortable as they should be. I cannot compare myself to Starbucks, but with a little help I could in the future.
