Oath of Office, mandated in Article II, Section 1: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will
faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my
Ability, PRESERVE, PROTECT AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED
STATES":

EXECUTIVE ORDERS (EOs), PRESIDENTIAL DECISION DIRECTIVES (PDDs)
&
NATIONAL SECURITY DIRECTIVES (NSDs)
 

NSD52:Permits the use of the National Guard troops to Quell Disturbances.

PDD13:Places United States troops under UN command; shares classified
intelligence with the UN; repeals the law that limits the amount of
troops the US can commit to peacekeeping operations without con-
gressional approval; and bypasses congressional approval for UN
operations by establishing an account for peacekeeping and
peace- making operations.

PDD25:After signing this Directive, President Clinton immediately classi-
fied it as "secret."

An "unclassified summary" issued by National Security Advisor An-
thony Lake indicates that PDD25 concerns "which UN operations to
support;" "command and control of American military forces in UN
peace operations;" and "reforming and improving the UN's capability
to manage peace operations."

What is it even Congress is not permitted to see, concealed in the
"classified" part of this Directive?

PDD54:Permits the suspension of the Constitution, allowes FEMA to engage
in secret national "readiness exercises" under the code name of REX
84, in order to test FEMA's readiness to assume military authority in
the event of a "State of Domestic National Emergency;" rounding up
and detaining of Hispanics and Blacks in the event of massive rioting
or disorder.

Under REX 84, OPERATION TROJAN HORSE was set up to lure poten-
tial protestors into public forums, conducted by a "hero of the people"
who advocates survival training. The list of names gathered at such
meetings and rallies are computerized and then targeted in case of
"emergency."

EO10990:Seizure of ALL MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION, including cars, trucks
or any other vehicles, including control over highways, harbors, and
waterways.

EO10995:Seizure of ALL PRINT AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS MEDIA
in the United States.

EO10997:Seizure of ALL ELECTRIC POWER, FUELS, AND MINERALS, public
and private.

EO10998:Seizure of FOOD SUPPLIES AND RESOURCES, public and private,
including farms and equipment.

EO10999:Seizure of ALL MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION, including cars, trucks
or any other vehicles, INCLUDING CONTROL OVER HIGHWAYS, HAR-
BORS, AND WATERWAYS.

EO11000:Seizure of ALL AMERICAN PEOPLE for work forces under federal
supervision; it allows the government to SPLIT UP FAMILIES if they
believe it is necessary.

EO11001:Seizure of ALL HEALTH, EDUCATION AND WELFARE FACILITIES,
public and private.

EO11002:REGISTRATION BY THE POSTMASTER GENERAL of all men, women,
and children for government service.

EO11003:Seizure of ALL AIRPORTS AND AIRCRAFT.

EO11004:Seizure of ALL HOUSING AND FINANCE AUTHORITIES; authority to
establish FORCED RELOCATION and to designate areas that must be
abandoned as "unsafe." Establishment of NEW LOCATIONS FOR POP-
ULATION GROUPS; building of new housing on public land.

EO11005:Seizure of ALL RAILROADS, INLAND WATERWAYS, AND STORAGE
WAREHOUSES, public and private.

EO11051:Authorizes the Office of Emergency Planning to put the above order
into effect IN TIMES OF INCREASED INTERNATIONAL OR FINANCIAL
CRISIS.

EO11490:A compilation of some 23 previous Executive Orders, signed by
Nixon on October 28, 1969, outlining emergency functions which are
to be performed by some 28 Executive Departments and Agencies -
WHENEVER THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES DECLARES A
NATIONAL EMERGENGY...at which time the Executive Branch can:

*Take over all communications media;
*Seize all sources of power;
*Take charge of all food resources;
*Control all highways and seaports;
*Seize all railroads, inland waterways, airports, storage facilities;
*Commandeer all civilians to work under federal supervision;
*Control all activities relating to health, education, and welfare;
*Shift any segment of the population from one locality to another;
*Take over farms, ranches, timberized properties;
*Regulate the amount of your own money you may withdraw from
your bank, or savings and loan institution.

This would put the United States under MARTIAL LAW and MILITARY
DICTATORSHIP...this would include TOTAL DISARMAMENT OF THE
CITIZENS - JUST LIKE IN 30s GERMANY!

EO11647:Provides the regional and local mechanisms and manpower for
carrying out the provisions of EO11490. Signed by Richard Nixon on
February 10, 1972, THIS ORDER SETS UP 10 FEDERAL REGIONAL
COUNCILS TO GOVERN 10 FEDERAL REGIONS MADE UP OF THE FIFTY
STILL EXISTING STATES of the Union:

Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont.

EO12148:CREATED THE FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY
(FEMA),
empowering them to interface with the Department of Defense (DOD) for
civil defense planning/ funding; APPOINTS AN "EMERGENCY CZAR."

EO12656:Appoints the National Security Council as THE PRINCIPAL BODY TO
CONSIDER EMERGENCY POWERS; grants the government the right to
ISOLATE LARGE GROUPS OF CIVILIANS; and federalizes the Nation-
al Guard so they can SEAL ALL BORDERS AND TAKE CONTROL OF US
AIR SPACE AND ALL PORTS of entry.

EO13010:Created a new federal agency called the "INFRASTRUCTURE PRO-
TECTIVE TASK FORCE" (IPTF). Signed by President Clinton on July 15,
1996 the IPTF coordinates FEMA* and the FBI for intelligence TO SUP-
PRESS TERRORISM against our infrastructure of electricity, water, fuels,
and communications.

FEMA HAS ONLY SPENT 6% OF ITS BUDGET ON NATIONAL EMERGENCIES - the
bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of SECRET UNDERGROUND
FACILITIES to assure continuity of government, in case of a major emergency, foreign or
domestic.

General Frank Salzedo, chief of FEMA's Civil Security Division, stated in a 1983
conference that he saw FEMA's role as a "new frontier in the protection of individual and
governmental leaders from assassination, and of civil and military installations from
sabotage and/or attack, as well as PREVENTION OF DISSIDENT GROUPS FROM
GAINING
ACCESS TO US OPINION, OR A GLOBAL AUDIENCE in times of crisis."

The above orders can be found in the FEDERAL REGISTER, where all new
federal rules, regulations and Presidential Executive Orders must be published.
CONGRESS THEN HAS 30 DAYS TO CONTEST THE ORDER. [Obviously, they DIDN'T!] If
Congress doesn't affirmatively overturn it by an Act of Congress within that time, the
order becomes law.

In 1994 alone, the Federal Register numbered more than 68,000 pages, ABOUT
TWICE THE LENGTH OF THE ENTIRE US CODE, the compilation of all law still on the
books enacted by Congress since 1789.
 

According to Don McAlvaney, US government agencies have accumulated the
names of OVER ONE MILLION AMERICAN CITIZENS in a high-speed Univac computer in
Washington AS POSSIBLE TARGETS FOR ARREST during a future time of national
emergency. (Emphasis added) [Phoenix: McAlvany Intelligence Advisor 12/93]

National Guard units and regular army units are training - in MOCK-UPS OF
AMERICAN CITIES, which are built on large army bases - to attack, seize, and complete
door-to-door searches for weapons.* BATF agents have surveyed Marines and Navy
Seals concerning their willingness to "SHOOT THEIR FELLOW AMERICANS" if they
refuse to surrender their weapons.

Since this report came out, the new military - which includes OVER 500,000
FOREIGN TROOPS in joint training with American forces, along with BOTH FOREIGN
AND DOMESTIC POLICE FORCES - have escalated their exercises to include large REAL
American cities, i.e., Chicago, IL, Charlotte, NC, etc. I am quite sure that there will be
no problem whatsoever with these FOREIGN troops firing on our people...after all, our
troops had no trouble firing on their people!
