[INSIDE the CLINTONS'
COUNTERFEIT ADMINISTRATION]

PART II

"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form
of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Applica-
tion of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be
convened), against domestic Violence." [Emphasis added]
- Article 4, Section 4

"Among the many commitments for joint action in the 'CHARTER FOR
AMERICAN-
RUSSIAN PARTNERSHIP AND FRIENDSHIP' agreement, we find the following:

* '...Summit meetings will be held on a regular basis;'

*'The United States of America and the Russian Federation recognize the
importance of the United Nations Security Council' and support 'THE STRENGTHENING
OF UN 'PEACE-KEEPING;'

*The parties are determined 'to cooperate in the development of ballistic missile
defense capabilities and technologies,' and work toward creation of a joint 'BALLISTIC
MISSILE EARLY WARNING CENTER;' [This is bogus: under Clinton, America no longer
has the defense resources to defend themselves against in-coming missiles!]

*'In view of the potential for building a strategic partnership between the United
States of America and the Russian Federation the parties intend to ACCELERATE
DEFENSE COOPERATION BETWEEN THEIR MILITARY ESTABLISHMENTS...' [Translated
that means we give our technology and arms to Russia - and train them in all of our
secrets. They, on the other hand, get to keep all their secrets from us!]; and

*'The parties will also pursue cooperation in 'peacekeeping' counter-terrorism,
and counter-narcotics missions.' [Hogwash!] [Emphasis added] [1]

"Before this charter had even been signed, however, our new 'partners' were
already landing their bombers on American soil. AIRMAN, a magazine for the U.S. Air
Force, reported in large headlines for the cover story of its July 1992 issue: 'THE
RUSSIANS HAVE LANDED.' The cover also featured a photo of the two Russian Tu-95
Bear bombers and an An-124 transport which had landed on May 9th at Barksdale Air
Force Base in Louisiana. An accompanying article noted that the Russians were given 'a
rousing salute from a brass band and a thrilled gathering of Air Force people and
civilians who waved U.S. and COMMONWEALTH OF INDEPENDENT STATES [Russian]
flags.'

"The long-standing plan of the Insiders calls for a merger of the U.S. and the
USSR (or Commonwealth of Independent States as it has become) and then world
government
under the United Nations. Details leading to completion of the plan are unfolding week
after week, month after month, before an almost totally unaware America..." [Emphasis
added] [2]

Russia is not our only 'Partner' and 'Friend,' though. Since Clinton took office, he
has been quietly [thanks to his hold on the mainstream media - especially CNN] moving
the biggest, baddest Communist re`gime in the entire world - Red China - into our
country:

"In response to an inquiry from Chairman Gerald Solomon, R-NY, the Clinton
administration has admitted that the China Ocean Shipping Co., COSCO, was caught
shipping 87 pounds of heroin in 1993.

"The Clinton Administration says, however, that it has 'no information indicating
that Cosco officials were involved in or had knowledge of this heroin shipment.' They
would be expected to say that. Cosco turns out to be very close to the Clinton
administration. Cosco's takeover of the Long Beach Naval base took place AFTER
PERSONAL LOBBYING ON ITS BEHALF BY BILL CLINTON HIMSELF. And THE CLINTON
ADMINISTRATION PREVENTED U.S. COMPANIES FROM BIDDING ON LONG BEACH!

"What makes it so important for the People's Republic of China to lease the Long
Beach Naval Station? U.S. counterintelligence officials have told the AMERICAN
SPECTATOR that Cosco uses its legitimate shipping business activities AS A FRONT
FOR
INTELLIGENCE-GATHERING. 'Cosco operates a fleet of ELINT [electronic intelligence]
trawlers for the PRC government THAT CAN SIT IN LONG BEACH HARBOR AND
EAVESDROP ON COMMUNICATIONS THROUGHOUT THE LOS ANGELES AREA,' one U.S.
official said.

"It also turns out, as reported in the AMERICAN SPECTATOR, that the Arkansas
Teachers Retirement System (ATRS) has an investment in Cosco. ATRS is one of the
pension funds raided by Bill Clinton when he was governor. Its money was used for
political purposes by laundering it through another Bill Clinton creation, the ARKANSAS
DEVELOPMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (ADFA). Besides investing in Cosco, the ATRS has
an investment in one Jerry Parks that it will not retrieve. On ATRS's books is one
mysterious loan of $47,959 to the Clinton security contractor. PARKS WAS
ASSASSINATED OUTSIDE LITTLE ROCK IN 1993. Parks worked closely with White House
Deputy Counsel Vince Foster, who was found dead in Fort Marcy Park three months after
the assassination of Parks."[Emphasis added] [3]

mother of all mayhem, an awesome air force and navy and the greatest land army ever
in world history. And AMERICA IS BANKROLLING THIS GOLIATH IN CHINA. That is right,
in China, despite the fact that China is a brutal dictatorship that has already threatened
to nuke their neighbors...While China now sells Barbie and GI Joe to our kids, General
Cho is stocking our assets...HARD-EARNED DOLLARS BY AMERICAN WORKERS
BUILDING
THE NEXT SECURITY THREAT TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; how dumb can
we
be? HOW DUMB?...Chinese toys today, but maybe just maybe a Chinese missile
tomorrow. Think about it." [Emphasis added] - Rep. Jim Traficant On America's Arming

"...During a session of the House National Security Committee, Representative
Duncan Hunter (R-CA) pointed out that 'it looks like wherever the Chinese are going with
major placements of companies in this hemisphere, they're [thinking in] strategic
[terms].'

"Referring to COSCO's acquisition of the Pacific port of Balboa and the Atlantic
port of Cristobal - which flank the Panama Canal - Hunter pointed out, 'They didn't put
this thing off in the back woods of Montana someplace. THEY'RE PUTTING THEIR
LOCATIONS IN PLACES WHERE THEY COULD CAUSE US SOME TROUBLE.' " [Emphasis
added] [5]

If the above information hasn't raised questions of treason yet, consider the
following - bearing in mind that CLINTON IS SUPPOSE TO BE OUR PRESIDENT AND
WORK FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE'S INTERESTS:

"Furthermore, the Chinese appear to have gotten some help from the
Panamanian government to acquire the strategically sensitive ports. CHARLESTON
DAILY MAIL pointed out that COSCO's agreement to lease the ports through a Hong
Kong-based subsidiary - called Hutchinson Corporation - was the product of some
suspicious back-room negotiations: 'Panama peremptorily closed the bidding,
SECRETLY CHANGED THE RULES, and simply awarded the contract to Hutchinson
BEFORE THE AMERICAN OR OTHER FIRMS COULD EVEN KNOW WHAT WAS
HAPPENING.'

"The 25-year lease will cost COSCO $22.2 million a year, but THE DEAL GRANTS
A TWO-YEAR WAIVER OF LABOR LAWS (an important perquisite for a company owned
by a slave-labor re`gime) and veto rights over the use of abutting properties. One
possible explanation for this sweet deal might be that A HUTCHINSON LAWYER, HUGO
TORRIJOS, WAS ALSO THE HEAD OF THE PORT AUTHORITY THAT AWARDED THE
CONTRACT.

"It is doubtful that even the most alarmist critics of the Panama Canal giveaway
in the late 70s could have imagined that the Canal's two *anchor ports* would be under
Red Chinese control." [Emphasis added] [6]

*Everytime you read the word "Democracy" or "democratization," please bear in
mind that the Communists actually define a "democracy" as A COUNTRY IN TRANSITION
TO FULL COMMUNISM!

As a Marxist and Leninist, Clinton has made his feelings about our Constitution
very clear: On March 11, 1993 USA TODAY quoted him as saying "We can't be so fixated
on our desire to PRESERVE THE RIGHTS OF ORDINARY AMERICANS..." [Emphasis
added]
Two and a half months later, on May 29th, he observed,

"You know the one thing that's WRONG with this country? EVERYONE GETS A
CHANCE TO HAVE THEIR FAIR SAY." [Emphasis added]

While in Australia recently, he ordered the disarmament of their people and told
them he was going to "pull the teeth from our Constitution." Obviously, he was quite
serious. On Saturday the 7th of November, President Clinton gave a very radical and
shockingly unconstitutional order to his court:

"President Clinton directed HIS (?!) government Saturday to find a way to close a
legal loophole that allows speakers/journalists to express their ideas at public places
with no questions asked. In his weekly rado address, Clinton said a 'DANGEROUS
TREND'
is emerging at seminars and radio talk shows BECAUSE THE FIRST AMENDMENT
PERMITS PEOPLE TO EXPRESS THEIR IDEAS WITHOUT BACKGROUND CHECKS...

"In a fact sheet, the White House said that every week about 35 million people
regularly listen to an estimated 50 conservative radio personalities, such as Rush
Limbaugh and G. Gordon Liddy." [Emphasis added] [7]

So, how does all this affect Jane and John Q. Citizen? Well, maybe you will now
be required to have a "speech license" to say what you think:

"On November 30, 1999 the FBI's National Instant Criminal Background Check
System is set to take effect to allow quicker checks and approve SPEECH LICENSE sales
within minutes. In addition, on November 30, 1999 the law will be strengthened in two
ways: PURCHASES OF ALL SPEECH LICENSES, NOT JUST POLITICAL, WILL BE
SUBJECT TO RENO BACKGROUND CHECKS as will Kinko's printing services, which are
four times as likely to involve prohibited printed opinions.

"Overall, the White House said, it is estimated that the number of background
checks conducted nationally will increase from 0 million to between 10 and 12 million.
Unregulated speech is 'AN OPEN INVITATION TO CRIMINALS AND RIGHT WING
CRAZIES,'
said Janet Reno, who chairs SpeechControl, Inc. The Clinton law was named after the
President, who was wounded in verbal attacks first launched by radio personality Rush
Limbaugh in 1992." [Emphasis added] [8]

This, however, is not something new: "California and Maryland regulate 'hate
speech,' said Reno. Florida [Reno's home state and the scene of some very questionable
votescams, involving her.] voters passed a constitutional amendment Tuesday giving
counties the power to require a waiting period and a background check for speeches..."
