"Did you know that the only two Senators who voted against the U.N. Charter had
read it? Did you know that since the U.N. was founded; COMMUNIST ENSLAVEMENT has
grown from 250,000 to 1,000,000,000? Did you know that since the U.N. was founded to
insure peace there have been at least 20 major wars incited by the U.N. just as they
incited war against little Rhodesia and Kuwait? Did you know that under the U.N. set up
the American taxpayers have been forced to make up the U.N. Treasury deficit of many
millions of dollars, BECAUSE OF RUSSIA'S REFUSAL TO PAY HER SHARE? Did you
know that the U.N. has never passed a resolution condemning Russia or her so-called
satellites; but ALWAYS condemns our Allies? Did you know that J. Edgar Hoover said:

'...the overwhelming majority of the COMMUNIST delegations to the U.N. are
espionage agents' and that 66 Senators voted for A CONSULAR TREATY TO OPEN OUR
ENTIRE COUNTRY TO RUSSIAN SPIES AND SABOTEURS? Did you know that the U.N.
helps Russia's conquest of the world by PREVENTING THE FREE WORLD FROM TAKING
ANY ACTION WHATSOEVER, except to debate each new aggression in the U.N. General
Assembly? Did you know that at the time of the Korean War there were 60 Nations in the
U.N., yet 95% OF THE U.N. FORCES WERE OUR AMERICAN SONS AND PRACTICALLY
100% OF THE COST WAS PAID BY THE UNITED STATES TAXPAYERS?

"And surely you know that the U.N. policy during the Korean and Vietnam Wars
was to PREVENT US FROM WINNING those wars? Did you know that all the battle plans
of General McArther HAD TO GO FIRST TO THE U.N. - to be relayed to Vasialia,
COMMANDER OF THE NORTH KOREANS AND RED CHINESE, and that any future wars
fought by our sons under the U.N. flag will have to be fought by our sons [and daughters]
under the control of the U.N. Security Council?" [1]

"[During WWII] The Office of Strategic Services (OSS) and the Office of Naval
Intelligence (ONI), the CIA's parent and sister organizations, cultivated relations with the
leaders of the Italian Mafia, RECRUITING HEAVILY FROM THE NEW YORK AND CHICAGO
UNDERWORLDS, whose members - including Charles 'Lucky' Luciano, Meyer Lansky,
Joe Adonis, and Frank Costello - helped the agencies keep in touch with Sicilian Mafia
leaders exiled by Italian dictator Benito Mussolini.

"Domestically, the aim was to prevent sabotage on East Coast ports, while in Italy
the goal was to gain intelligence on Sicily prior to the allied invasions and to suppress
the burgeoning Italian Communist Party. Imprisoned in New York, LUCIANO EARNED A
PARDON FOR HIS WARTIME SERVICE and was deported to Italy, where he proceeded to
build his heroin empire...The OSS and ONI also worked closely with CHINESE
GANSTERS, who controlled vast supplies of opium, morphine and heroin, helping to
establish the third pillar of the post-world War II heroin trade in the Golden Triangle, the
border region of Thailand, Burma, Laos and China's Yunnan Province."

"In its first year of existence [1947], the CIA continued the U.S. intelligence
community's anti-communist drive. AGENCY OPERATIVES HELPED THE MAFIA SEIZE
POWER IN SICILY AND IT SENT MONEY TO HEROIN-SMUGGLING CORSICAN
MOBSTERS in Marseille to assist in their battle with Communist unions for control of the
city's docks. By 1951, Luciano and the Corsicans had pooled their resources, giving rise
to the notorious 'FRENCH CONNECTION' which would dominate the world heroin trade
until the early 1970s. THE CIA ALSO RECRUITED MEMBERS OF ORGANIZED CRIME
GANGS IN JAPAN to help ensure that the country stayed in the non-communist world.
Several years later, the Japanese Yakuza emerged as a major source of
methamphetamine in Hawaii." [2]

Now isn't THAT a "red- blooded" American organization to take pride in?! But,
let's go on. It's going to get much worse:

"John Stockwell is the highest-ranking CIA official ever to leave the agency and
go public. He ran a CIA intelligence-gathering post in Vietnam, was the task-force
commander of the CIA's secret war in Angola in 1975 and 1976, and was awarded the
MEDAL OF MERIT before he resigned. Stockwell's book, IN SEARCH OF ENEMIES,
published by W.W. Norton in 1978, is an international best-seller. The following is taken
from the transcript of a lecture he gave in June, of 1986:

'I did 13 years in the CIA altogether. I sat on a subcommittee of the NSC, so I was
like a chief of staff, with the GS-18s (like 3-star generals) Henry Kissinger, Bill Colby (the
then-CIA director), the GS-18s and the CIA, making the important decisions and my job
was to put it all together and make it happen and run it, an interesting place from which
to watch a covert action being done...I testified for days before the Congress, giving them
chapter and verse, date and detail, proving specific lies. They were asking if we had
[anything] to do with S. Africa...In fact we were coordinating this operation so closely that
our airplanes, full of arms from the states, would meet their airplanes in Kinshasa and
they would take our arms into Angola to distribute to our forces for us...'

'What I found with all of this study is that the subject, the problem, if you will, for
the world, for the U.S. is much, much, much graver - astronomically graver - than just
Angola and Vietnam. I found that the SENATE CHURCH COMMITTEE had reported, in
their study of covert actions, that the CIA ran several thousand covert actions since 1961,
and that the heyday of covert action was before 1961; that we have run several hundred
covert actions a year...'

Stockwell went on to discuss 'the US NATIONAL SECURITY SYNDROME...how
and why the U.S. manipulates the press...poured money into El Salvador, and...invaded
Nicaragua...[and] the other side of terrorism...[including] the Korean war, the Vietnam
war, and the Central American war.'

He then pointed out that 'Everything I'm going to talk to you about is represented,
one way or another, already in the public records. You can dig it all out for yourselves,
without coming to hear me if you so chose. Books, based on information gotten out of
the CIA under the FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT, testimony before the CONGRESS,
hearings before the SENATE CHURCH COMMITTEE, research by scholars, witness of
people throughout the world who have been to these target areas...' [3]

Returning to Mr. Golitsyn, let's see what he has to say about 'PERESTROIKA,'
[i.e., "restructuring" or the "democratization" of the USSR]:

"Western acceptance of the new 'liberalization' as genuine would create
favourable conditions for the fulfillment of Communist strategy for the united States...The
pressure for united fronts between Communist and socialist parties and trade unions at
national and international level would be intensified...The Soviet 'liberalization' is a major
part of the strategy of the whole Communist Bloc...against the West. The main objective
is to launch a political offensive against the United States and NATO...

"The essence of the strategy is to introduce a calculated and controlled false
democratisation and to revive a discredited regime by giving it an attractive aspect and a
'human face'...A further objective is to shape new attitudes towards the Strategic Defence
Initiative, the budget and the US military, and to disarm the United States, basing these
new attitudes on the premise that 'the new regime which has emerged in the USSR is
liberal and no longer poses any threat to the United States'...It might eventually lead to
the realization of the final goal of Soviet strategy, namely the convergence of the
Capitalist West with the Communist East on Soviet terms and the creation of a World
Government as a solution to the arms race and nuclear confrontation.' " [4] Perestroika is
neither spontaneous, nor new. The plans began decades ago:

"It was during 1958-60 that the Communist leaders envisaged the convergence of
restructured and transformed capitalist systems leading ultimately to one system of
World Government...Under the guidance of the Party apparatus, special research studies
were initiated and carried out from September 1957 onwards by the Soviet Academy of
Sciences in preparation for the strategy.' " [5] Even scarier are their plans for us. They
plan to:

"1) Neutralize the influence of the anti-Communist political right in the American
political parties and 2) Create favourable conditions for a victory of the radical left in the
1992 US presidential elections...Strategists...are convinced that removing fear from
American minds by projecting the Soviet Union as a peaceful, non-aggressive state can
neutralize the influence of anti-Communism and convert the United States into a non-
ideological society, friendly to the USSR. This in turn will create favourable conditions for
'restructuring' in the context of US and Soviet-American convergence...and 3) The Soviet
strategists believe that an economic depression in the United States would provide even
more favourable conditions for the execution of their strategy. In that event, the Soviets
and their allies would shift to the doctrine of class struggle and try to divide the Western
nations along crude class lines..." [6] Hang on to your hat: it gets worse! Take a look at
your future, under Clinton/Gore and their protege's:

"The final period of 'restructuring' in the United States and Western Europe will be
accompanied, not only by the physical extermination of active anti-Communists, but also
by the extermination of the political, military, financial and religious elites. Blood will be
spilled and political re-education camps will be introduced. The Communists will not
hesitate to repeat the mass repressions of their revolution in 1917, of the Soviet
occupation of Eastern Europe in the Second World War or of the Chinese Communist
victory of 1949. This time, they will resort to mass repressions in order to prevent any
possibility of revolt by the defeated, and to make their victory final." [7]

"The CIA's statement of itself when it is examined in the light of its past
performance seems somewhat enigmatic. When the statement is read with their special
glasses on, they portray themselves to be a flag-waving righteous agency working for the
benefit of the world and its people, but when we do a reality check, "found wanting" is a
gross understatement. We should consider the CIA's statement of itself and then examine
that statement in the light of its beginning and its history:

Our Vision:

'To be the keystone of a U.S. Intelligence community that is pre-eminent in the
world, known for both the high quality of our work and the excellence of our people.'

Our Mission:

'Conducting counterintelligence activities, special activities, and other functions
related to foreign intelligence and national security as directed by the president.'

How We Do Our Work:

'Accepting accountability for our actions.'
'Continuous improvement in all that we do.'

CIA Vision, Mission, and Values

"It may open one's eyes to look at some of this agency's "high quality" people
known for "excellence" that have operated as directed by the president. Just a few
statements made by those who should know what they are talking about begin to form
the picture." [8]

Well, what about China? You mean RED CHINA! Golitsyn warns us [after trying in
vain to warn our government through the CIA]:

"Communist China is not a strategic partner but A CONCEALED STRATEGIC
ENEMY of the United States. China will join in the Soviet offensive to bring about
'restructuring' in the United States and worldwide.

"Through penetration, Chinese Communist intelligence destroyed the CIA's
sources in China during the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s and prevented the Agency
developing reliable sources on the strategic intentions of the Chinese leaders... [As early
as 1958, the CIA was penetrated by both the KGB and by Chinese intelligence.]

"The National Security Agency cannot help because INFORMATION ON SECRET
SINO-SOVIET STRATEGIC COORDINATION IS NOT CARRIED ON ACCESSIBLE
COMMUNICATIONS CHANNELS...In the late 1960s, Mao advised the Party not to take the
Americans seriously in a strategic, but only in a tactical sense. DENG'S WELL-KNOWN
STATEMENT ABOUT A CAT CATCHING A MOUSE, made when China was introducing
capitalism and RECEIVING AMERICAN TECHNOLOGY, can be interpreted as meaning that
the CHINESE COMMUNIST LEADER IS THE CAT THAT CAUGHT THE AMERICAN
MOUSE...China is a TACTICAL, not a strategic partner of the United States and a
TACTICAL, but not a STRATEGIC 'enemy' of the Soviet Union...

"Communist China was ONE OF THE PRINCIPAL ARCHITECTS OF THE
COMMUNIST' LONG-RANGE STRATEGY. The Sino-Soviet 'split' was a common strategic
DISINFORMATION operation to secure the successful preparation of their COMMON
STRATEGY of 'restructuring.' THE SOVIET AND CHINESE LEADERS HAVE CONTINUED
THEIR SECRET STRATEGIC COORDINATION THROUGH A DIVISION OF LABOR...China's
close relations with the United States - and even Chinese helpfulness to the United States
over the Pakistan-Afghanistan situation - are tactics intended to secure China's primary
strategic objective of becoming a modern superpower WITH THE HELP OF AMERICAN
TECHNOLOGY... For China is destined to become A PRIMARY SOVIET PARTNER IN THE
FUTURE WORLD GOVERNMENT TOWARDS WHICH MOSCOW AND PEKING ARE
JOINTLY PROCEEDING...

"For the West, human rights are a sacred principle. [Well, they WERE. Today we
hold nothing sacred, except MONEY!] For the Soviets, the issue provides an opening to
shape, influence, manipulate and exploit Western, and ESPECIALLY AMERICAN,
policy...The Soviets see human rights in the context of their dormant but undying
doctrine of class struggle. For them, anti-Communist, Capitalist 'exploiters' and their
supporters HAVE NO RIGHT TO EXISTENCE. [Are you beginning to understand why our
socialist Democrats (closet Communists) are excessively insulting and downright hateful
to Christians and conservatives, who still defend American values?] The Soviets are
carrying out their political reforms, NOT out of respect for human rights, but in the
context of their development of 'Communist democracy' (the application of 'democratism'
- i.e., FALSE DEMOCRACY), in which the formation of GENUINE political opposition can
be neutralized and prevented.

"Their understanding of the human rights issue envisages a shift to the revival of
the class struggle and pressure to replace or 'restructure' the capitalist system in the
event of a severe economic recession and mass unemployment in the United States or
Europe...THEIR VISION INCLUDES THE EXTERMINATION OF THE AMERICAN AND
EUROPEAN CAPITALISTS AND ELITES..." [9]
