Vol I THE JOSHUA REPORT No. #9
[DID YOU KNOW...]
The UNITED STATES of AMERICA
is a COUNTERFEIT GOVERNMENT?
PART I
UNDERSTANDING DIFFERENT
SYSTEMS OF GOVERNMENT
Contrary to popular belief, the Nazis did not "take" Germany through
arms or brute force. There was no need to: they were welcomed
with cheers
and open arms as their economic savior - by a thoroughly brain-washed
and
unquestioning populace! [Just like Clinton and the Liberals are
today!]
Guess who did the brainwashing? If you guessed America, you are
correct. If
you guessed Rockefeller, you win first prize!
"The Nazi party was elected to office by the freely cast ballots
of
millions of German voters, including men on every social, economic,
and
educational level. In the national election of July 1932, the
Nazis obtained
37% of the vote and a plurality of seats in the Reichstag. On
January 30,
1933, in full accordance with the country's legal and constitutional
principles, Hitler was appointed Chancellor. Five weeks later,
in the last
(and semi-free) election of the pre-totalitarian period, the
Nazis obtained
17 million votes, 44% of the total.
"THE VOTERS WERE AWARE OF THE NAZI IDEOLOGY. Nazi literature,
including statements of the Nazi plans for the future, papered
the country
during the last years of the Weimar Republic. MEIN KAMPF - which
made clear
the essence of the political system which Hitler intended to
establish in
Germany - alone sold more than 200,000 copies between 1925 and
1932...
"The system which Hitler established [in 1933 - 60 years later
Clinton re-established the identical system in America] - the
social reality
which so many Germans were so eager to embrace or so willing
to endure -
politics which began in theory and ended in Auschwitz - was:
the 'TOTAL
STATE'...from which the adjective 'totalitarian' derives...coined
by
Hitler's mentor, Mussolini.
" 'THE STATE MUST HAVE ABSOLUTE POWER OVER EVERY MAN AND OVER
EVERY
SPHERE OF HUMAN ACTIVITY,' the Nazis declared [in 1933 - 60 years
later the
American Liberals successfully push the same goal]. 'The authority
of the
Fuhrer is not limited by checks and controls, by special autonomous
bodies
or individual rights, but it is free and independent, all-inclusive
and
unlimited,' said Ernst Huber, an official party spokesman, in
1933. ['The
power of the Presidency (Clinton) is not limited nor accountable
to the
Congress or the people!' cry the 1993 Liberals] 'The concept
of personal
liberties of the individual as opposed to the authority of the
state had to
disappear..," said Huber to a country which listened, and nodded.
'There are
no personal liberties of the individual which fall outside of
the realm of
the state and which must be respected by the state...'
"If the term 'statism' designates concentration of power in the
state AT THE EXPENSE OF INDIVIDUAL LIBERTY, then Nazism in politics
was a
form of statism...a continuation of the political absolutism
-the absolute
monarchies, the oligarchies [i.e., Clintonism, the CFR &
its sister
organizations], the theocracies, the random tyrannies - which
has
characterized most of human history. In degree...the total
state...represents statism pressed to its limits, in theory and
in practice,
DEVOURING THE LAST REMNANTS OF THE INDIVIDUAL...The efficiency
of the
government in dominating its subjects, the all-encompassing character
of its
coercion, the complete mass regimentation on a scale involving
millions of
men - and, one might add, the enormity of the slaughter, the
planned,
systematic mass slaughter, in peacetime, initiated by a government
against
its own citizens - these are the insignia of twentieth-century
totalitarianism (Nazi AND communist), which are without parallel
in recorded
history." [1]
No comparison between Nazi Germany and Clinton's "reinvented"
government would be valid or complete without remembering the
massacres at
Ruby Ridge, Waco, and the Murrah building in Oklahoma City. Also
an
unshakeable shadow of suspician hangs over the many plane crashes
and
numerous mysterious deaths surrounding the Clinton regime. What
do all of
these events have in common? Every one of them leads straight
back to
Clinton, Reno, and the CIA. Rumors? Possibly. But there are just
too many
questions and too much HARD evidence to ignore the parallels
with Hitler and
Nazi Germany! But, we'll get into all of this in a future column.
"In the totalitarian regimes, as the Germans found out after only
a
few months of Hitler's rule, every detail of life is prescribed,
or
proscribed [i.e., limited, restricted]. There is no longer any
distinction
between private matters and public matters. 'There are to be
no more private
Germans,' said Friedrich Sieburg, a Nazi writer; 'each is to
attain
significance ONLY BY HIS SERVICE TO THE STATE, [in other words,
government
SLAVES] and to find complete self-fulfillment in his service.'
"In place of the despised "private individuals," the Germans heard
daily or hourly about a different kind of entity, a supreme entity,
whose
will, it was said, is what determines the course and actions
of the state:
the nation, the whole, the GROUP. [Today we hear over and over
again, 'This
is a democracy,' 'The American people wish...demand...tell us...etc.,
etc.]
Over and over, the Germans heard the idea that underlies the
advocacy of
omnipotent government, the idea that totalitarians of every kind
stress as
the justification of their total states: COLLECTIVISM...the theory
that the
group (the collective) has primacy over the individual. Collectivism
holds
that, in human affairs, the collective - society, the community,
the nation,
the proletariat, the race, etc. [Let's not forget the gay 'rights,'
anti-gun, anti-constitution, anti-smoking lobbies, etc.] - is
THE UNIT OF
REALITY AND THE STANDARD OF VALUE. On this view, the individual
has reality
only as part of the group, and value only insofar as he serves
it; ON HIS
OWN HE HAS NO POLITICAL RIGHTS [and, of course, no "GOD-GIVEN
rights!]; he
is to be sacrificed for the group whenever it - or its representative,
the
state - deems this desirable.
"FASCISM, said one of its leading spokesmen, Alfredo Rocco,
stresses:
'...society is the end, individuals the means, and its whole life
consists in using individuals as instruments for its social ends.'
" 'The higher interests involved in the life of the whole,' said
Hitler in a 1933 speech, 'must here set the limits and lay down
the duties
of the interests of the individual.' Men, echoed the Nazis, have
to
'realize that THE STATE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE INDIVIDUAL...'
"Just as the individual is to be regarded merely as a fragment
of
the group, the Nazis said, so his possessions are to be regarded
as a
fragment of the group's wealth. 'Private property'...represented
the right
of the individual to manage and to speculate with inherited or
acquired
property as he pleased, without regard for the general interests
...German
socialism had to overcome this 'private,' that is, unrestrained
and
irresponsible view of property. All property is common property..."
[2]
What form of government DID Clinton have in mind, when he said
he
was going to "REINVENT" government? Was he going to create a
Democracy?
Socialism? Communism? Fascism? Certainly he couldn't have intended
to
"reinvent" it as a Constitutional Republic - after all, that
is how we
STARTED! [The University of Chicago (founded and funded by Rockefeller)
claims that "The United States has a capitalist economic system
that allows
for private ownership of property and businesses and RELATIVELY
LITTLE
GOVERNMENT INTERFERENCE IN THE ECONOMY! (?!) What do you reckon
they're
smokin' up there?]
While it is true that World Communism is Clinton's final goal
-
first HE NEEDS TO PUT OUR PEOPLE TO SLEEP, as Lenin advised,
by lulling them
into a false sense of security by setting up a fascist form of
government
[Check the record, folks: he has accomplished this quite successfully
step-by-step - behind a curtain of public lies]. So, before we
continue,
let's take a moment to study the actual definitions of the various
political
systems:
REPUBLIC: Interestingly enough, Black's Law Dictionary's definition
of a "republican" form of government is almost interchangeable
with it's
definition of a "democracy":
"Republican government...a government of the people; A GOVERNMENT
BY
REPRESENTATIVES chosen by the people." [3] [Compare this to Black's
definition in brackets at the end of "DEMOCRACY" below.]
"Authority is derived through the election by the people of public
officials best fitted to represent them. Attitude toward property
is respect
for laws and individual rights, and a sensible economic procedure.
Attitude
toward law is the administration of justice in accord with fixed
principles
and established evidence, with a strict regard to consequences.
A greater
number of Citizens and extent of territory may be brought within
its
compass. Avoids the dangerous extreme of either tyranny or mobocracy.
Results in statesmanship, liberty, reason, justice, contentment,
and
progress.
"A republic is a form of government under a constitution which
provides for the election of
1) an executive and
2) a legislative body, who working together in a
representative capacity, have all power of appointment, all power
of
legislation, all power to raise revenue and appropriate expenditures,
and
are required to create
3) a judiciary to pass upon justice and legality of their
governmental acts and to recognize
4) certain inherent individual rights.
" 'Take away any one of these four elements and you are drifting
into autocracy. Add one or more to those four elements and you
are drifting
into democracy.' - Atwood
"...Autocracy declares the divine right of kings; its authority
cannot be questioned; its powers are arbitrarily or unjustly
administered.
"Democracy is the 'direct' rule of the people and has been
repeatedly tried without success.
"Our Constitutional fathers...'made a very marked distinction
between a republic and a democracy...and said repeatedly and
emphatically
that THEY HAD FOUNDED A R*E*P*U*B*L*I*C.' "
DEMOCRACY: "A government of masses. Authority derived through
mass
meeting or any other form of DIRECT expression. Results in mobocracy.
ATTITUDE TOWARD PROPERTY IS COMMUNISTIC - NEGATING PROPERTY RIGHTS.
Attitude
toward law is that the will of the majority shall regulate, whether
it be
based upon deliberation or governed by passion, prejudice, and
impulse,
without restraint or regard to consequences. Results in demagogism,
license,
agitation, discontent, anarchy." [4] "THE PRINCIPLE OF MAJORITY
RULE IS
INCONSISTENT WITH FREEDOM OF SPEECH. It would mean that if the
majority
wished to outlaw certain speech it could. In practice, we limit
both of
these principles to make them be able to both exist in our system."
[5]
[*I find it fascinating to read the NEW definition for Democracy
to
be found in Black's law dictionary : "That form of government
in which the
sovereign power resides in and is exercised by the whole body
of free
citizens directly or indirectly THROUGH A SYSTEM OF REPRESENTATION..."
Compare this definition to the US Army's above.]
DEMOCRATIC SOCIALISM: "Democracy and socialism go hand in hand.
All
over the world, wherever the idea of democracy has taken root,
the vision of
socialism has taken root as well...
"...we can't eliminate large corporations, but we can bring them
under democratic control. Government could use regulations and
tax
incentives to encourage companies to act in the public interest
and outlaw
destructive activities such as exporting jobs to low-wage countries
and
polluting our environment...People...work out of a sense of responsibility
to their community and society. Although a long-term goal of
socialism is to
eliminate all but the most enjoyable kinds of labor...unappealing
jobs will
remain...spread among as many people as possible- rather than
distributed on
the basis of class, race, ethnicity, or gender, as they are under
capitalism. We...will continue to work to turn the Democratic
party into a
fighting force with a mission for change..." [6]
SOCIALISM: "A collective ownership of the means of production."
...Socialism is a series of steps. The first steps...[include]
raising the
minimum wage, securing a national health plan, and demanding
passage of
right-to-strike legislation...We are visible in the reproductive
freedom
movement, the peace community, gay and lesbian organizations,
anti-racist
groups, and the labor movement...as socialists we bring a new
framework- a
sense of the interdependence of our struggles for justice. No
one single
issue organization will be able to challenge the capitalist system,
so alone
no single issue organization will ever be able to adequately
secure its
demands..." [7]
"SOCIALISM MEANS A GLOBAL SYSTEM OF SOCIAL ORGANIZATION BASED ON:
"COMMON OWNERSHIP: All the productive wealth of the world will
belong to all the people of the world. No more transnational
corporations or
small businesses and therefore nobody will own the world. It
will be
possessed by all of its inhabitants.
"DEMOCRATIC CONTROL BY ALL: Who will run socialist society? We
all
will. THERE WILL BE NO MORE GOVERNMENT AND GOVERNED...
"PRODUCTION FOR USE: Instead of producing goods and services for
sale and profit, the sole reason for production will be TO SATISFY
NEEDS AND
DESIRES.
"FREE ACCESS: A society in which everyone owns everything, decides
everything and only produces anything because it is useful will
be one in
which ALL WILL HAVE FREE ACCESS TO WHAT IS PRODUCED...People
will not work
for wages or salaries, but TO GIVE WHAT THEY CAN AND TAKE WHAT
THEY NEED
"1) Socialism has never been tried
2) When it is tried it must be established globally
3) World socialism can only be brought about
democratically
"...these three points...are vital to any kind of an understanding
of what we
mean by socialism.
"We reject the idea that socialism has been tried in countries
sometimes referred to as socialist...[Does]...our definition
of
socialism...in any way describes the state capitalist, police
states of
modern China and Cuba or the old regimes in Russia and eastern
Europe, or
the past and present 'social-democratic' governments in many
countries?
"...National socialism equals non-socialism. The capitalist system
is global and so must the system [be] WHICH WILL REPLACE IT."
[8]
FASCISM: "In all the countries where fascism became victorious,
we
had, before the growth of fascism and its victory, A WAVE OF
RADICALISM OF
THE MASSES - of the workers and the poorer peasants and farmers,
and of the
petty bourgeois class. In ITALY, after the war and before 1922,
we had a
revolutionary wave of tremendous dimensions; the state was paralyzed,
the
police did not exist, the trade unions could do anything they
wanted - but
there was not [a] party capable of taking the power. As a reaction
came
fascism. In GERMANY, the same...in 1929-30-31, the German workers
began
again a new revolutionary wave. There was a tremendous power
in the
Communists and in the trade unions, but then came the famous
policy (on the
part of the Stalinist movement) of social fascism, A POLICY INVENTED
TO
PARALYZE THE WORKING CLASS...There are no exceptions to this
rule - fascism
comes only when the working class shows complete incapacity to
take into its
own hands the fate of society.
"In the UNITED STATES you will have the same thing. Already,
there
are fascist elements, and they have, of course, the examples
of Italy and
Germany. They will, therefore, work in a more rapid tempo...
THE NEXT
HISTORIC WAVE IN THE UNITED STATES WILL BE THE WAVE OF RADICALISM
OF THE
MASSES..." [9]
COMMUNISM: "...in theory, it means the disappearance of all class
differences and the abolition of government; IN PRACTICE, IT
HAS RESULTED IN
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF TOTALITARIAN GOVERNMENTS that tightly controlled
most
economic, social and political aspects of life...Other kinds
of political
systems include:
MONARCHY: Rule by a king or queen;
OLIGARCHY: Rule by the few based on social, economic or other
status; the aim of such a government is to improve the position
of the
ruling elite.
ARISTOCRACY: Rule by the few (the most intelligent, most cultured,
most educated, etc.). In theory the aim of such government was
the good of
society as a whole." [10]
My personal feelings are that we have a DE FACTO Fascist
Dictatorship, under the direction of an Oligarchy, and sold to
us as a
"Democracy." But, that's just my opinion. I will leave it to
each of you to
decide for yourself. Read through each of the above definitions
carefully,
then take a look around and weigh the changes in your quality
of life since
Clinton "took office." Are you freer and safer? Or are there
more government
intrusions?
"Contrary to the Marxists, the Nazis did not advocate public
ownership of the means of production. They did demand that the
government
oversee and run the nation's economy. The issue of legal ownership,
they
explained, is secondary; what counts is the issue of CONTROL.
Private
citizens, therefore, may continue to hold titles to property
- SO LONG AS
THE STATE RESERVES TO ITSELF THE UNQUALIFIED RIGHT TO REGULATE
THE USE
OF
THEIR PROPERTY.
"If 'ownership' means the right to determine the use and disposal
of
material goods, then Nazism endowed the state with every real
prerogative of
ownership. What the individ-ual retained was merely a FORMAL
deed, a
content-less deed, WHICH CONFERRED NO RIGHTS ON ITS HOLDER. Under
Communism,
there is collective ownership of property DEJURE. Under Nazism,
there is the
same collective ownership DE FACTO." [11]
OK. Time out. Let's see what is meant by "De Facto" and how does
it
differ from a "De Jure" government:
GOVERNMENT DE FACTO: "A government of fact...actually exercising
power and control, as OPPOSED TO THE TRUE AND LAWFUL GOVERNMENT;
a
government NOT established according to the constitution of the
nation...but
which has nevertheless SUPPLANTED OR DISPLACED THE GOVERNMENT
DE JURE...[it]
might be more aptly denominated a 'government of paramount force,'
being
maintained by active military power* against the rightful authority
of an
established and lawful government; and obeyed in civil matters
by private
citizens."
GOVERNMENT DE JURE: "A government of right; the TRUE AND LAWFUL
government; a government established ACCORDING TO THE CONSTITUTION
of the
nation...but which is ACTUALLY CUT OFF FROM POWER OR CONTROL..."
[12]
*[Remember, Clinton has - contrary to the mandates of the Posse
Comitatus - now made the military and civilian police forces
interchangeable, in order 'to combat domestic terrorism' - JUST
AS HITLER
DID IN 1933!]
"During the Hitler years - in order to finance the party's programs,
including the war expenditures - every social group in Germany
was
mercilessly exploited and drained. White-collar salaries and
the earnings
of small businessmen were deliberately held down by government
controls,
freezes, taxes. Big business was bled by taxes and 'special con-tributions'
of every kind, and strangled by the bureaucracy. At the same
time the income
of the farmers was held down, and there was a desperate flight
to the cities
- where the middle class, especially the small tradesmen, were
soon in
desperate straits, and where the work-ers were forced to labor
at low wages
for increasingly longer hours (up to 60 or more per week).
"But the Nazis defended their policies, and the country did not
rebel; it accepted the Nazi argument. Selfish individuals may
be unhappy,
the Nazis said, but what we have established in Germany is THE
IDEAL SYSTEM,
SOCIALISM. In its Nazi usage this term is not restricted to a
theory of
economics; it is to be understood in a fundamental sense. 'Socialism'
for
the Nazis denotes the principle of collectivism as such and its
corollary,
statism - IN EVERY FIELD OF HUMAN ACTION, including but not limited
to
economics.
'To be a socialist,' says Goebbels, 'is to submit the I to the
thou;
SOCIALISM IS SACRIFICING THE INDIVIDUAL TO THE WHOLE.'
"By this definition, the Nazis practiced what they preached. They
practiced it at home and then abroad. NO ONE CAN CLAIM THEY DID
NOT
SACRIFICE ENOUGH INDIVIDUALS." [13]
