Surely you aren't suggesting that this "outside" agency's job should be to "keep" the NYC Police Department on the same corrupt course they are now pursuing??!

That was the year that their owners - the Federal Reserve (a private cartel of bankers) - took over the US Treasury, as well as control of America's economic future.
