Okay, I have some explainin' to do for those of you who have no clue who The Haygoods are! LOL Alrighty, now first of all, the Haygoods are a family that performs in Branson, Missouri in a theatre called Music City Centre, located on the famous 76 strip right there in Branson.
There's the mom and dad, Jim and Marie Haygood, then there's all 8 kids! LOL And yes, they are ALL brothers...well, except the girl, she's the sister! =)
Okay, there's Timothy Haygood, who is 25 years old. He's the only one that is currently married. Next there's Patrick, who is 23 years old. Then there's Dominic, who is 21 years old, followed by Shawn, 19 years old, then Michael, who is 17, then Matthew, the fifteen year old, then comes the only girl, Catherine, who is 12, followed by the youngest Haygood, Aaron, who is 10 years old! *whew* Now that's a BIG family! LOL
In 1990, the Haygoods moved from Texas to Missouri. The Haygoods started out at an amusement park called Silver Dollar City in Branson, Missouri. What started out as a 3-month contract turned into a 10-year stay! The Haygoods performed for thousands of people in those ten years!
In 2002, they got their own theatre in Branson, Music City Centre, that I told you about already! The Haygoods keep getting better and better!
The Haygoods play over 20 musical instruments all together. Each one plays the fiddle, and they each have their own special instrument that they play. The instruments include the saxophone, piano, harp, drums, bass, guitar, mandolin, and many more! They break dance, tap dance, do acrobatics, gymnastics, and SO much more! You seriously need to go see their show if you never have...if ya haven't, you're definitely missin' out on some GoOd TiMeS!
