Cordelia’s first husband (Milo Harvey Gibson) died during the Civil War leaving her with 5 daughters and 1 infant daughter. As of now, I have been unable to find a marriage record or license for Cordelia and Milo Harvey. Hirum Lemonds (affidavit submitter) was Cordelia’s brother-in-law. The license was taken out in Albia, Monroe County, Iowa. It may be found in Book II, Page 312 at the Monroe County Court House located in Albia, Monroe County, Iowa. I did not find a marriage record for them. April 2001
