I am just beginning the transcription of all the little
bits of paper involved in Cyrus Days Probate Records. This will not be the final pages. I will later attempt to organize them in
order of dates and specific materials.
Believe it is important to get some of the information out to various
cousins at this time so will attempt to place items on this page as I
transcribe them. When I get them
scanned and copied will include the scanned copy beside the transcription. There will be an introduction page with
links leading to the various items.
Please bear with me as this does take time. You may (of course) copy and save the graphics of scanned items
pertaining to the PROBATE RECORDS and copy the transcriptions. The idea of putting them on the web is TO

The entire file for Cyrus Day was contained in a metal box, bundled together with rotten rubber bands and crammed in with various other documents pertaining to other people. It was in terrible condition (flaking pages, etc.). One of the clerks in the office carefully and tenderly made copies of all the contents and sent them snail mail to me.
