When Tay gets to Ike's room, Ike is watching Celebrity Deathmatch.
"I really don't find this funny at all. I don't even talk like that!" He says.
"Ah, who cares?" Tay turns off the TV and stands in front of it. "Have you seen the
papers?"
"Yep, you're going to have to tell Dad. He probably knows already."
"I know. How am I going to tell him?"
"Just ell him. He let me date Megan, I mean Abby."
"But he knew her."
"Good point. Here's the phone. Call now."
"Okay." He dials. "Avie, can I talk to Dad?...No wait, has he seen the papers?...Oh
man, is he mad?...Really, really mad?...Why is he so mad?...Oh, just cuz he found out from
the papers?...Okay, well I might as well get it over with...Thanks Avie...Bye...I love you
too...Dad, hi...How are you?...Yes, I'm just fine...Did you see the papers?...Okay, yes, I
know I should've called and told you so you wouldn't find out from the paper...Dad, we just
started going out...Two days tonight...Yes, I did just meet her...We just
clicked...What?...But do you have to come?...Couldn't you just talk to her on the
phone?...Didn't think so...Okay, bye, see ya tonight...Love you too...DAD AND MOM
ARE COMING TO MEET AIR TONIGHT!!!"
"Really? Who's Air?"
"Sorry, Aairana. Me and Zac started calling her Air."
"Does she know?"
"No." Ike laughed. "What am I gonna DO??"
"What do you mean?"
"Mom and Dad are coming TONIGHT!! Didn't you hear what I SAID??"
"Sorry. I guess we'll have to skip practice to clean. You know how Mom is."
"Yep. They'll be here at 2:30. Air and Kait get done at the studio at noon. I have to go
get Zac so we can start cleaning. You should see it from last night."
"What happened last night?"
"I had my first date with Air."
"I see. Did you have fun?"
"Yeah. She looked really HOT!"
"That's good. So did you?"
"Why does everyone ask me that? YES! And then I felt stupid, so when she tried to
talk to me last night I just pretended to be asleep. Then this morning I think she could guess how
I felt because as soon as I opened the door when she came to get me, she kissed me. It was
great."
"That's good."
"I gotta go now, really." He ran out and towards his Bunk.
