The Slack Family came from England, there is Kathleen, John Henry Rawsthone, Hilda, Walter, Mariam, Donald. Kathleen remained unmarried, John married Bertha Marsh they had 4 children Marjorie who married Clarence Dadson , Kathleen who married Douglas Simpkins and Les Lane, Mary who married Murray Castator, Elinor who married Hurbet Mullin. Hilda married Bert Wittaker, Walter married May they had two children John Ainsley and Leila. Mariam died as a infant, Donald married Daisy Butt they had 11 children Gordon, Peggy, Marshall, Norman, Doreen, Kathleen, Jack, Robert, Donald, Douglas, and Laura. All emmigrated to Canada except for Hilda Walter and Mariam.
