Between June 1, 1997 and September 10, 2001, I convened three California University Conferences to reveal the Science of Free Energy Technologies, and other solutions to our global social and environmental crises.

All of these conferences featured a Yoda-like character, my late friend Dr Fred Wood, a computer and systems science pioneer and PhD Electrical Engineer. And with him, the book author and former NASA Mars Mission scientist-astronaut Dr Brian O’Leary. His books, like “Exploring Inner and Outer Space” on the science of paranormal human consciousness, include stories of his visits to India’s Sri Sathya Sai Baba, with photos of objects He materialized “from thin air” and gave to Dr O’Leary as gifts, rings etc.

These three conferences were dedicated to my dear friend, Free Energy Technology pioneer Bruce DePalma of MIT, also a Sai Baba devotee, who expatriated from Santa Barbara to New Zealand, and died there in the Fall of 1997. De Palma studied electrical engineering at Harvard (1958) graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1954, taught physics at MIT for 15 years, working under Harold Edgerton, and was also senior scientist at the Polaroid Land Corporation.

After our last conference, I took Brian O’Leary to the airport where he flew to France. During his flight the World Trade Center Towers in New York were destroyed on September 11, 2001.

At the July 4, 1978, Rainbow Family Family Gathering in Oregon, I was on my way to join the end days of The Longest Walk of the American Indian Movement in Washington DC. I would join our teacher Nichidatsu Fujii, from whom Gandhi also took up the prayer drumming of the Na Mu Myo Ho Ren Ge Kyo global peace mantra in the 1930’s.

In Oregon I met an Ikayana Buddhist Practitioner, Yusen Yamato, who brought the 2200 year old Peace Pole Ceremony, by which the renowned ancient Indian King Ashoka brought 500 years of peace throughout the Indian Subcontinent after renouncing violence and accepting The Message of Peace represented and propagated by the Peace Pole.

One of the initiators of the annual July 4th Rainbow Family Gatherings since 1971, Sciologist Barry (Plunker) Adams acted as the MC for our UC Berkeley Second Global Crisis Solutions Conference, which was held to kick-off our second cross country Global Peace Walk in 2000, from San Francisco to the United Nations for the UN 55th Anniversary.

In 1980 after he coordinated the Long Walk for Survival from San Francisco to Washington DC, Yamato returned to Japan for five years during which time he was ordained as a Zen Buddhist Monk at Japan’s oldest temple. Ten years later he initiated the Global Peace Walk Project, which I organized for him, and which we conducted with a dozen peace walkers along and Felipe Chavez’ Kitchen Bus. We walked from New York to San Francisco, starting on Martin Luther King’s birthday, January 15, 1995, honoring the 50th Anniversary of the signing of the United Nations Charter, “to eliminate the scourge of war from the future generations” - to popularize the prayer for “Global Peace Now!” as the universal human resolve.

Thus began my long relationship with Revered Yusen Yamato.

Through my late friend Dean House, who was a descendant of Colin House, advisor to US President Woodrow Wilson who created the Federal Reserve and the Federal Income Tax, I met his elder scientist friend Dr Fred Bernard Wood, an early computer scientist credited as one of the “Fathers of Systems Theory”.

Doctor Wood, in his later years became very knowledgeable in the area of the so-called Free Energy Technologies, which have still been vigorously suppressed by the US Government for over a hundred years, since the time of Nikola Nikola. Tesla built the Wardencliff Tower on New York’s Long Island to power the whole United States with Free Energy extracted from the Earth’s rotation and broadcast without wires, before the project was scuttled by JP Morgan.

This was done because of Tesla’s understanding of the original form of the Maxwell’s Equations of Electromagnetism, before they were simplified by Maxwell into quaternion form and further simplified into the form still taught in schools today, simplified so that electrical engineers could use them practically.

Just before our Second Global Crisis Solutions Conference, during our local Global Peace Walk, the new Oakland Mayor Jerry Brown gave us his first Mayoral Proclamation, recognizing our Global Crisis Solutions Conference.

This conference was organized for Dr Wood and his fellow Cal Berkeley alumnus Dr Brian O’Leary, the former NASA Mars Mission scientist/astronaut.

Afterward, Yamato and I were invited to Costa Rica by Jose Arguelles to help convene his Conference on Peace and Time to promote the Mayan 13 Moon Calendar.

Arguelles’ conference was to discuss and prepare a document which was delivered to the United Nations and the Vatican, to appeal for a worldwide change from the Gregorian Calendar to the Mayan Calendar system of thirteen months, to better align the human mind with the natural cosmic order and better harmonize human thinking.

That conference at the University of Peace took place shortly after the 1999 Summer Solstice 4th “World Peace and Prayer Day Ceremony” conducted by Lakota Chief Arvol Looking Horse, the 19th generation Keeper of the original Buffalo Calf Pipe, which was delivered with the teachings of the Seven Rites of the Sacred Pipe, nineteen generations ago by the White Buffalo Calf Pipe Woman who promised to return in her original form of a White Buffalo Calf as a sign of hope in the troubled times ahead.

During that solemn Summer Solstice Ceremony, Yamato and I were inducted into the inner circle of Global Spiritual Leaders by Chief Looking Horse.

We were amazed in 1994 to know of the fulfillment of this prophecy of the Buffalo Calf Pipe Woman, with the birth of the White Buffalo Calf named Miracle that occurred on the first day of our mutual prophecy fulfillment theme gathering, “Drums Around the World, a Spiritual Unity Gathering” planned for over three years that took place from August 20-28, 1994. There on August 27th, the Santa Barbara Global Peace Pole for Jerusalem was first introduced at the end of the prayer procession to the Jesus Tent. There at his mention, by the MC Fantuzzi, of the name Jesus there was simultaneous loud thunder and lightning that blew out a nearby tree. On August 28, the closing Sacred Pipe Ceremony was conducted by Lakota Hereditary Chief Phil Lane Jr, around the 1980 Peace Pole for The White House which was blessed by Fujii Guruji and Chief Leonard Crow Dog, at the end of The Long Walk for Survival. Inspired by Hopi Interpreter Thomas Banyacya, I was pushed to the front, where the altar lay at my feet, by the indigenous spiritual leaders while wearing my red chemist’s lab coat, symbol of the Hopi Life Plan Prophecy Fulfillment.

Our first of three Global Crisis Solutions Conferences was held in June 1997 at the UC Santa Barbara Cliff House, as a briefing for the Dalai Lama’s first science advisor, Robert Livingstone, a professor emeritus at UC San Diego in Neuroscience. The room was arranged by my friend since 1978, Marc McGinnes, who is recognized as the Father of the Modern Environmental Movement because of his leadership in bringing so many activists together after the 1969 big oil spill in Santa Barbara. Then he founded the Community Environmental Council and the Environmental Defense Center, and later created the Environmental Studies Department at UCSB.

The concept for this first conference was to compare ancient knowledge with modern science, with indigenous presenters like Shoshone Spiritual Leader Corbin Harney and Chumash Bear Clan Mother Pilulaw Khus, along with Reverend Yamato and Free Energy Scientists like Dr Wood and Walter Rosenthal with his elaborate test equipment demonstration. Dr Robert Kincheloe came and spoke as the professor emeritus in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University who had replicated the Sunburst n-Machine test results, with the support of Norman Paulsen, (what Sunburst called the S-Machine) the incremental over-unity Free Energy Generator made by Sunburst Labs in Santa Barbara in 1979.

Dr Livingtone explained that he was designated as the Dalai Lama’s science advisor after their initial meeting some years earlier when His Holiness accepted the neuroscientist’s explanation of when life begins in human embryonic development.

Our conference was staged shortly before the Dalai Lama’s UCSB visit in June, which we watched on closed circuit television. Dr Livingtone followed him to the next engagement at UCLA where he intuitively found their room and the Dalai Lama waived him in to join the luncheon.

I submitted a document about the extraction of energy as electricity from “the void”, the meaning of the “Mu” in the Na Mu Myo Ho Ren Ge Kyo, and explained how the Free Energy Technologies worked, by fax in advance. I received a fax back from the Dalai Lama’s secretary saying His Holiness would be very interested.

At that time Bruce DePalma had already expatriated to New Zealand in 1992 when he believed astronaut Edgar Mitchell’s assessment that he was in danger of being killed by the CIA. He died from alcoholism complications in late 1997.

His colleague in India, Paramahamsa Tewari, who had replicated DePalma’s n-Machine under auspices of India’s Nuclear Power Board which he headed up, sent me for our conference a copy of his book about his Space Vortex Theory he felt was verified by the n-Machine.

Dr Livingstone had an odd sense of humor that he expressed to me. He told me that on the way home the previous day he had picked up a dead male raccoon that was hit by a car. He said he had intended to tan the hide and make me a coonskin cap because of my namesake Davy Crockett, and the Disney caricature. But when he was gone, his sister was revolted by the idea and threw it all in the trash. So he couldn't make my coonskin cap. Then he told me the real reason and I was quite relieved. “Did you know that raccoons are pretty unique among mammals as one of the few species that have a bone in their penis? I was going to make your coonskin cap with its penis bone dangling from it!”

Some nine months after this First Global Crisis Solutions Conference, I was surprised to read in the Bakersfield newspaper about a US Department of Energy hearing scheduled for the next day in Sacramento, soliciting public input for the new 1998 Comprehensive National Energy Strategy (CNES).

I made some quick preparations, drove through the night, and arrived in time to offer my testimony with documentation about the n-Machine Free Energy Generator. Then I called my friend William Thomas in Washington DC to alert him about the final hearing coming up soon.

Thomas and his wife Ellen had maintained the anti-nuclear Peace Park Vigil by the White House in Lafayette Square since 1981. They had created Proposition One, with accompanying Federal legislation, as the Nuclear Disarmament and Economic Conversion Act to divert funding from nuclear weapons to peaceful technologies, like the free energy technologies, but Thomas found their reality hard to believe, being a devout skeptic.

So Thomas went to the hearing as an abrasive challenger, and told the Secretary of Energy holding the hearing that he had heard from his friend, me, about these so called “zero point” free energy technologies.

He challenged the Secretary to prove it was real or not. A few weeks later the Secretary of Energy had the head DoE scientist send Thomas a letter verifying for the first time the potential development of these “zero point energy technologies” and giving him the name of the leading physicist involved, Hal Puthoff.

When the final CNES document was issued, delivered to the Congress and President, in the comments section was reference to my testimony mentioning the n-Machine as one potential device to harness this zero point energy. This is the enormous energy field that “exists in the space in which matter resides”, which DePalma had discovered during his earlier experiments on rotation and precession, when he proved that a spinning object falls faster than a non-spinning object, a fact not known since Galileo’s time.

This “zero point energy” is reckoned to measure, at absolute zero temperature, on the order of 10x^23 grams per cubic centimeter, ie, essentially infinite.

But instead of allocating resources to develop these free energy technologies reported that year, 1998, for the first time, they recommended the Carbon Tax scam be implemented instead.

Our Second Global Crisis Solutions Conference took place at UC Berkeley in March of 1999. Recent results were presented by Dr Wood, as a PhD in Electrical Engineering, about Thomas Bearden’s research into the successively compromised versions of Maxwell’s equations of electromagnetism. In his later years that enabled Bearden to understand, prove, develop, and actually get patented, his solid state over-unity (more than 100% efficient) ElectroMagnetic Generator, (EMG) after many years of work subsequent to leaving his position as the head of the US Army’s Advanced Electromagnetic Warfare Department.

This conference was to foster the best alternative to war -- Peace, full awareness and prosperity available from bridging the understandings of new science with traditional spiritual insights, applied to solving today's social and environmental crises.

Problems discussed included the devastating impact on today's world by the prevalent "culture of secrecy".

Solutions discussed included scientific advances in the understanding of consciousness itself, suppressed revolutionary energy technologies, and traditional ancient knowledge to bridge science, religion, and spirituality.

Other speakers included:

Cal Berkeley alumnus Dr. Brian O’Leary, a former NASA scientist/astronaut, university teacher, science and energy policy advisor to four U.S. Presidential candidates. He is author of over 100 technical papers and articles on aerospace projects like the space station, and three books on new frontiers of scientific exploration including human consciousness (e.g., mental healing processes, psychokinesis, etc.), UFO's, and the free energy technologies such as the ZPE Zero Point Energy devices. These have the potential to replace nuclear and fossil fuel power as acknowledged by that May 12, 1998, letter from the US DoE as "the Holy Grail of energy research". O’Leary also wrote about the LENT Low Energy Nuclear Transmutation devices to neutralize radioactive wastes. Dr. O'Leary was a leading researcher into the "science-consciousness connection" and actually conducted workshops in which people learn how to perform psychokinesis like the "cold melt" spoon bending for which Israeli psychic Uri Geller became so well known.

Michael C Rupert, a former Los Angeles Police Department narcotics officer who for over twenty years has been trying to bring to public attention his first-hand knowledge of CIA complicity in the drug trade flooding our inner cities with hard drugs as an apparent covert funding mechanism for the weapons trade for destabilizing populations around the world for their economic exploitation.

Cheryl Welsh, with Citizens Against Human Rights Abuse, speaking on trauma based mind control techniques used by government agencies, documenting the stories of victims of advanced scalar electromagnetic warfare technology testing. Spoke on CNN and The Learning Channel, to stop such non-consensual experimentation. Her supporters include advocates from Human Rights Watch and the Federation of American Scientists.

And the other Cal Berkeley Alumnus, Dr. Fred B. Wood, Sr. (aka Fred B. Wood III, or Fred Bernard Wood, born December 17, 1917), with the Computer Social Impact Research Institute in San Jose, CA, is considered one of the fathers of Systems Theory from his participation in the organization of the Society for the Advancement of General Systems Theory in 1954 at Stanford (now called the International Society for the Systems Sciences, ISSS, in Salinas, CA). He had planned to work for peace by studying sociology in the mid-1930's, but a study of the advanced use of technology by Germany and Japan convinced him that he had better switch to electrical engineering so he could work on the design of advanced microwave RADAR systems to stop Hitler in Europe to reduce the chance of Germany invading the US on the Atlantic Coast simultaneously with the Japanese invading us on the Pacific Coast. He designed key microwave circuit components at the MIT Radiation Laboratory (1940-1945) for the SCR-584 RADAR which was used in England to direct fire control of anti-rocket bomb artillery with a 95% success rate against the German V-1 Rocket Bombs. He also supervised the US supply of radioactive cobalt for use in military devices and did some work for the Manhattan Project at the end of the War. He worked on computer- communications systems at IBM (1952-1980). He discussed his comprehensive framework for a plan to guide the Earth from its present condition to the condition of global peace and prosperity, a Global Peace & Prosperity Cybernetics Program, as he first presented at GCSC1 at UC Santa Barbara, June 1, 1997, a briefing for the Dalai Lama's science advisor. He recently added a discussion of the social implications of Maxwell's Equations (1864) and the Maxwell-Heaviside Equations (1882) for Electromagnetic Waves. Dr. Wood has been proposing that the Federal Government relax its secrecy grip on new scientific energy technology discoveries.

Reverend Yusen Yamato is a Buddhist Monk and Zen Shiatzu Meditation Practitioner. He was the coordinator of the Long Walk for Survival in 1980, and the initiator of the United Nations 50th anniversary Global Peace Walk from New York to San Francisco in 1995. He has worked in the US, with the indigenous American spiritual leaders and has facilitated meetings between their representatives, including Hopi Interpreter Thomas Banyacya with His Holiness Dalai Lama who gave him a personal blessing for the Global Peace Walk. Reverend Yamato has been inspired witnessing the mutual fulfillment of Tibetan and Japanese Buddhist prophecies with the Hopi Life Plan Prophecy regarding the spiritual reawakening for these times. He has dedicating his life to the spiritual reawakening necessary for “Global Peace Now!” to become the universal human resolve.

Conference organizer David Crockett Williams Jr (III), received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry (with honors) from California State University at Northridge in 1969, earned the Chartered Life Underwriter designation in 1971 (the life insurance industry analog to the CPA in accounting), had a career in sales and sales management of insurance, investment, and business opportunity related financial services from 1966 to 1973. He made a commitment in 1974 to devote his life to the direct cause of true peace with harmony among all life and free natural abundance as paradise on Earth, through reconciling religious and secular philosophies with a scientific understanding of the nature of the human mind's consciousness orientation function of light, pursuant to his Tetron Natural Unified Field Theory. He has been researching since 1976 the theme of mutual prophecy fulfillment as his spiritual practice with participation as an activist and event organizer. He is a student of the teachings of Sri Sathya Sai Baba, the most venerable Nichidatsu Fujii, and assisted Hopi Interpreter Thomas Banyacya from 1976-1999. In 1995 he was the coordinator of the United Nations 50th Anniversary Global Peace Walk from New York (Jan15) to San Francisco (Jun20) to promote the prayer of "Global Peace Now!" as the universal human resolve. In 1996 he registered as an independent candidate for United States President. His predictions since 1976 about the advent of new technologies, available per his Tetron Natural Unified Field Theory, have been supported by recent developments described in books like "The Coming Energy Revolution" by journalist Jeane Manning and "Miracle in the Void" by Dr. Brian O'Leary, and in videos such as "Free Energy: Race to Zero Point". In 1998, he was instrumental in getting public recognition of these new-energy technologies to be acknowledged by the US Department of Energy and mentioned in the new US Comprehensive National Energy Strategy.

Our Third Global Crisis Solutions Conference was convened on September 10, 2001, with Drs Wood and O’Leary, at my alma mater California State University at Northridge, with Jack Herer the author of the landmark book “The Emperor Wears No Clothes - Hemp and the Marijuana Conspiracy”, and Lara Johnstone on UFO’s and Radical Honesty.

David Williams gave a presentation on his Tetron Natural Unified Field Theory Equations about the human mind’s consciousness orientation function of light, defined as a consequence of the overlooked vector nature of light, which Dr Wood said he would think about.

Bruce DePalma is the only one who said he understood these Tetron Natural Unified Field Theory equations, offering the comment, “believing is seeing, right?”.

For a few years at the turn of the 2000 Century, I was on a sophisticated email collaboration list hosted by Dr. Jack Sarfatti, a leading PhD physicist in the field of the physics of consciousness. It was a very active list involving many experts in related fields including Hal Puthoff and the current and previous heads of the CIA Science and Technology Directorate, Ron Pandolfi and Kit Green.

When I first got involved, I studied Sarfatti’s website and sent him a summary of my understanding which he liked. He insisted on sending me $50 as a token of his appreciation. Over the few years of our association I drove twice to San Francisco to meet with him. One visit was for his symposium with other scientists including Creon Levitt from NASA who was mystified by Stefan Marinov’s “ball bearing motor” that I brought to share, made by Bruce DePalma’s friend Chris Carson with UC Santa Barbara’s Facilities Department.

I had also brought the ball bearing motor in 1998 to Washington DC to demonstrate for William Thomas’ friend Mark Gubrud before our March for Peaceful Energy where I spoke at our rally about the Free Energy Technologies in front of the Nation’s Capitol.

Neither Creon nor Mark could explain how it worked, without any magnets, just with direct current passing through the shaft causing ball bearing races supporting it to motor in either direction when the shaft was spun.

At that meeting with Saffatti, we saw a replica of Canadian Roy Thornson’s unexplainable inertial motor that powered his canoe moving across the water. The replica was made and brought from Russia by Gennady Shipov, the Torsion Field Physics expert. Later that day, I sat with him at dinner and explained DePalma’s experiments on rotation and precession, the analogous unidirectional force machine, the spinning ball experiment where a strobe light photograph showed a spinning ball falls faster than a non-spinning ball bearing, and the rotating and precessing force machine that lost 10% of its weight while running. These were DePalma earlier experiments that proved to him the existence of the “energy field in space” which the n-Machine converted to electricity. That led DePalma to independently re-discover Michael Faraday’s 1832 Homopolar motor generator - but with DePalma’s n-Machine it was found to produce more electricity than it would take to power it.

One of the most interesting characters who showed up on Sarfatti’s email group list was his first book agent, Ira Einhorn, who had fled the US and been underground for twenty years. They found him in France and began extradition for his murder conviction after a couple years contributing to our email network, becoming known as the Unicorn Killer of Holly Maddox.

What the newspapers didn’t know or print, shortly before that murder Ira Einhorn went to communist Czechoslovakia. He got Marshall Tito to agree to release Nikola Tesla’s papers from the Tesla Museum, so Einhorn with his high powered contacts in American industry could develop Tesla’s Free Energy Technologies.

That’s why Ira said he was framed for the Maddox murder, to discredit him and scuttle his Tesla Free Energy initiative. As evidence he was framed, he explained that the girl’s mummified body, stuffed in a trunk on his locked patio, had no body fluids found in the trunk indicating, according to the CIA’s Kit Green, that she had died elsewhere and her body was later hidden in that trunk where the police later discovered it.

This was in addition to his knowledge about remote viewing and other mind related technologies.

Ira Einhorn was convicted and sentenced to life in federal prison. He died a couple years ago. I talked to him once from prison. I was very sad to know, and to believe, his story about how close he was to resurrecting Tesla’s free energy technologies.

After Einhorn’s conviction and imprisonment, in 2003, I orchestrated a meeting in India with Brian O’Leary and Paramamsa Tewari, to get them together with Sathya Sai Baba and President of India who was also a Sai Baba devotee. This was to foster the development of the Free Energy Technologies in India.

This time, instead of the World Trade Towers being destroyed while he was in flight, the Challenger Space Shuttle crashed. When O’Leary landed in India he was overwhelmed by press interview requests, as a former astronaut, because of the Indian woman who was among those killed. Also because of an article I had just got published in the national press about the purpose of his visit to India. Then he caught a cold and had to abort the mission.

Later, I learned of an odd custom in India which would have precluded the planned meeting. Because the President of India had previously been a subordinate of Tewari as the head of India’s Nuclear Power Board, it was by custom prohibited for Tewari to approach the Indian President Kalam, for his support, even to develop the Indian Free Energy Technology Industry.
