Your initial rejection of this offer is an initial rejection of The Message of Peace that this Peace Pole symbolizes and embodies, as it was witnessed and empowered by all the prayers and ceremonies conducted around the sacred fire over the three days of the 2014 Arise Music Festival Elders Wisdom Village.

Rather the Arise Music Festival is a “pet project” of Sunrise Ranch and yet another of the business activities conducted by your Sunrise Ranch foundation, whose income is derived from working ranch operations and also in siginifcant part from selling seats to “spiritual retreats and workshops” that promote your particular style of enlightenment training programs, of which the Arise Music Festival is the largest of such events that Sunrise Ranch offers and receives income from ticket sales and associated revenues, and promotes its particular style of “spiritual practice”.
As the director of Sunrise Ranch I recognize that you are personally responsible for the tone and overall methods and understanding implicit in the organizing and implementation of these annual Arise Music Festivals.
How Felipe Chavez and I were treated this year, combined with the fact that the “Elders Wisdom Village” is considered as simply one among many “theme villages” at the Arise Music Festival, such as the “Healing Village”, “Children’s Village”, etc, it has become clear that the indigenous Elders Wisdom Village is primarily designed to be an “extra added attraction” whose real purpose is simply to sell more tickets to the music festival.
Your action of initially refusing our offering of The Message of Peace as emodied and symbolized by the Rainbow Uprising of Consciousness Peace Pole which features the Iroquois and Hopi teachings and the directly related historical precedents for ending war and creating peace, this is a clear indication that you have no intention of paying any serious attention or taking any action regarding the results and recommendations and actual wisdom offered as a result of these annual Arise Festival “Elders Wisdom Village” Circles.
This means that you and the Arise Music Festival are simply “pimping the prostitution of the genuine spirituality of the indigenous cultures” in this way that you are for finanical gain exploiting the image of “indigenous wisdom” to further Arise Music Festival ticket sales without any real intent to offer or gain public value from accepting such indigenous wisdom teachings and offerings.
Because your well conceived and enjoyable Arise Music Festival format that includes these “entertaining extra added attractions” is very successful and we expect this example to be emulated by others, it is important to get this on the correct track now, which is why I am taking this strong position with you and offering this consciousness uprising information to help you to correct your thinking.
You can correct this mistaken thinking by accepting this second offer to show that you do take seriously the recommendations and offerings of essential indigenous wisdom for the benefit of all life on Earth.

I understand from my conversation over dinner last night with your operations manager Michael Costello that you are considering my request for installing the second Rainbow Uprising of Consciousness Peace Pole, here at Sunrise Ranch following on my offering of it for this purpose from the Arise Festival Elders Village prayers this year.
I am copying you here for your information my letter that will be hand delivered today to California Governor Jerry Brown requesting a new date of Aug.27 for his installation at the State Capitol of the first such Rainbow Uprising Peace Pole that I made and delivered for him on the occasion of the Occupy National Gathering July31.
As I mentioned to Michael last evening and to Gary a few days ago over dinner, it would be of great benefit if you can facilitate at a date as soon as possible the installation of the peace pole here at Sunrise Ranch and put a video of that ceremony with your message on Youtube so as to inspire the public and Governor Brown to follow your example in this.

To that I would add at this time an item 6) on the ceremony schedule which would be that the MC close the ceremony after the Governor delivers his message for the occasion, to inspire the President of the United Nations General Assembly to similarly speak on the occasion of installing one of these same peace poles at the UN on September 21, 2014, the UN International Day of Peace, and to inspire President Obama to similarly speak on the occasion of installing one of these same peace poles in the lawn of the White House on the October 24, 2014, 69th anniversary of the ratification of the UN Charter that promises to remove “the scourge of war from the future generations” and abolishes the use of weapons of mass destruction in warfare.
