To that I would add at this time an item 6) on the ceremony schedule which would be that the MC close the ceremony after the Governor delivers his message for the occasion, to inspire the President of the United Nations General Assembly to similarly speak on the occasion of installing one of these same peace poles at the UN on September 21, 2014, the UN International Day of Peace, and to inspire President Obama to similarly speak on the occasion of installing one of these same peace poles in the lawn of the White House on the October 24, 2014, 69th anniversary of the ratification of the UN Charter that promises to remove “the scourge of war from the future generations” and abolishes the use of weapons of mass destruction in warfare.
With my apologies for the short notice on my previous requests, for July31 and then for Aug.15, as the date for Governor Brown to install this Rainbow Uprising of Consciousness Peace Pole in the California State Capitol lawn, I am now formally requesting the date for this ceremony to be “any soon date that the Governor’s schedule will permit” with the suggestion of August 27, 2014, because that would be a very symbolic date for this ceremony as the annual White Buffalo Calf day honoring the fulfillment of the Lakota prophecy from nineteen generations ago as a sign of hope for the people in these predicted troubled times, as explained at these links:

Since I spoke with you on the phone last Monday July 28th, to confirm your receipt of my email of July 27th also faxed to the Governor, requesting his participation in the Peace Pole Ceremony, I got and email from governor@governor.ca.gov sent at about 4:30pm on July 29th will I was driving to Sacramento to present the Rainbow Uprising Peace Pole at the State Capitol early in the morning on July 31st. That email response to me indicated that for such as scheduling request I needed to submit that in writing with details about what it was all about and how I proposed the Governor would participate.
In response I dropped off for you at your mail room about 11am on July 30th a hardcopy of the document at this link making that invitation for Noon on July 31st.

However, the Capitol Police “arrested” the peace pole offered as Global Peace Overture to California Governor Jerry Brown, at about 10:30am on July 31st, saying it was too big to be permitted under the Occupy National Gathering’s permit to assemble at the north steps of the Capitol.
The police were not at all interested in what it was all about, refused to take papers explaining it and refused to call your office to verify what I was saying and to get some kind of exemption.
I realize this was a very short notice request and that the Governor was out of town as you mentioned, but I am hoping you can confirm by return email that he has received my letter personally and also the above invitation document /PeaceMessageAcknowledgement.html.
I had to leave Sacramento today August 2, 2014, to keep on my schedule across country to offer the same Peace Pole ceremony at the United Nations in late September and to President Obama at the White House on October. 24th.
Please let Governor Brown know how eagerly the people are awaiting his decision about him installing the Rainbow Uprising of Consciousness Peace Pole on the State Capitol lawn one day as soon as possible to send his acknowledgement of its Message of Peace around the world to offer relief in the afflicted places.
Because I will not be able to participate due to being out of town until after October 24th, I have asked one of my friends in Sacramento, Christopher A Bradfield (who goes by the nickname of “Sea”) to follow up with your office to get Governor Brown’s response to this request after he has had a chance to review the related documentation I have submitted. On the way driving from Santa Barbara to Sacramento, about 4:30pm on July 29th, I got an email from the governor’s office (governor@governor.ca.gov) which said that I needed to submit formal invitation in writing to the mail room at the Capitol, which I did in person about 11am on July 30th, as witnessed by Occupy National Gathering Organizer Nikohl Vandel who went into the governor’s office and was enraged to be told that the Office of the Governor of California is not a public office and so she could not just drop by without an appointment and expect to speak to any of the staff with whom you have been communicating already by phone.
