David Crockett Williams, Jr., received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry (with honors) from California State University at Northridge in 1969; earned the Chartered Life Underwriter degree in 1971 (life insurance industry analog to the CPA in accounting); had a successful career in sales and sales management of insurance, investment, and business opportunity related financial services from 1966 to 1973 with the vision of establishing a global financial services company to offer a wide range of personal and financial services; was recommended as one of the better chemistry students to attend his university in his 1974 application for the PhD program in Chemical Physics at the University of California at Santa Barbara. Postponing that effort to research his Tetron Natural Unified Field Theory thesis with deep applications not only in chemical physics but in psychology, religious studies, political science, and health sciences (this set of four equations purports to correct and complete Einstein's equivalence equation E=mC^2, and to mathematically describe the nature of the human mind as a consequence of the nature of light), he began an unpaid career in 1974 devoting his life to the direct cause of true peace, harmony among all life and free natural abundance as paradise on Earth by reconciling religious and secular philosophies with this scientific understanding of the nature of the human mind's consciousness orientation function of light, Tetron.
In the course of this work Williams has been researching since 1976 the theme of mutual prophecy fulfillment which has involved his spiritual practice and involvement as an activist and event organizer and student of the teachings of Sri Sathya Sai Baba, traditional Hopi interpreter Thomas Banyacya, the most venerable Nichidatsu Fujii, His Holiness Dalai Lama, Reverend Yusen Yamato, and many others including the Rainbow Family of Living Light. In 1995 he was the coordinator of the United Nations 50th Anniversary Global Peace Walk from New York (Jan15) to San Francisco (Jun20) to bring out the prayer of "Global Peace Now!" as a universal human resolve. In 1996 he registered as an independent candidate for United States President in order further his new-science and activism agenda. His predictions since 1976 about the advent of new technologies, available consequent to the widespread acceptance of his thesis equations, have been supported by recent developments described in books like "The Coming Energy Revolution" by journalist Jeane Manning and "Miracle in the Void" by Dr. Brian O'Leary (former NASA scientist/astronaut, physics teacher, and science and energy policy advisor and speechwriter to four US presidential candidates), and in videos such as "Free Energy: Race to Zero Point". In 1998, he was instumental via public testimony in getting the first public recognition of these new-energy technologies acknowledged by the US Department of Energy and mentioned in the new US Comprehensive National Energy Strategy.
Williams' long standing predictions of these new technologies includes the fuel-less so-called free-energy technolgies to replace nuclear and fossil fuel power, the electrogravimagnetic levitation (electrogravitic) technologies, devices to neutralize radioactive materials, and the water transmitter to transmit pure water "over the airwaves" from the ocean platforms to anywhere in the world. He is presently living in Tehachapi, California, working to fulfill all of these goals including the development of a new-science research facility at Capital Hills while planning more events including Global Peace Walk 2000 which may become a popular television program in the year 2000 walking from San Francisco (Jan 15th, Martin Luther King, Jr.'s birthday) to New York City(October 24th, United Nations Day).
Williams feels a special life mission responsibility to unite the three faiths of Jerusalem in peace, in respect of his namesake David, King of Jerusalem Israel.
