$15,000
MATCHING GRANT
The New Year has certainly started off in a very positive way for the NYCLTCEN. The Ethics Network is excited to announce that it has received a $15,000 matching grant from The Josiah Macy, Jr. Foundation, the first of hopefully several matching grants that the Network will receive in order to continue its mission to provide education, collaboration, and consultation regarding ethics and ethical decisionmaking to professionals in long- term care. Since its inception five and a half years ago, the Ethics Network has provided its services to thousands of long-term care professionals, students, and other interested parties via its conferences, newsletters, speakers' bureau, on-line website, mailings, and phone contacts.
The Network is most grateful to the Leslie R. Samuels and Fan Fox Foundation which, for the past five years, has been its primary financial supporter. The Samuels and Fan Fox Foundation has agreed to continue its support of the Ethics Network via a matching grant, its third grant to the Network.
