GCL 1205

The Can-Car IC-41 was one of the first new highway coaches to be produced in the postwar period. The design represented the trend of the times as the body styling had more curves, in contrast to earlier (and more modern) designs dominated by straight lines and squarish bodies. Even today the IC-41 remains many enthusiasts' favourite, although almost all of them have been scrapped. Number 1205 was the first of 25 owned by Gray Coach. They were used throughout the system, from Sudbury, North Bay, London and Buffalo.
