ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
1. With a pencil, number the back of each photo in
the order that you wish for them to appear on the
video tape. (for Polaroids or other objects, please
attach masking tape to write the numbers on)
2. Put any titles you want on index cards and then
number them in with the photos. For captions, also
put them on index cards but with the same number as
the photo you want them to appear on.
3. If you have video clips, attach an index card to
the tape with a clear description of the part of the
tape to be used as well as where you want the clip.
4. Print out a copy of the ORDER FORM, fill it out,
and send it with the pictures. Be sure to include an
evening telephone number and/or an E-mail address so
I can contact you in case I have any questions when
making the tape.
